Turkey bans a memorial for the Armenian genocide

Turkey continues its racist contempt for Armenians as the capitol city, Istanbul, banned a memorial for victims of the Armenian Genocide during WW1:
Officials in Istanbul banned a ceremony attempting to mark the anniversary of the beginning of the Armenian genocide organized for Wednesday, an event perpetrated by the last remnants of the Ottoman Empire and continuously denied by Ankara to this day.

The Turkish outlet Bianet initially reported on Monday that a group in Istanbul called the “April 24 Commemoration Platform,” named after the day marking the beginning of the genocide, attempted to formally organize a public event on that day to honor the victims of the genocide. The event would have reportedly taken place in front of the Süreyya Opera House in Kadıköy district, Istanbul. The Istanbul Governor’s Office did not grant approval for the event. Bianet did not specify if the Istanbul Governor’s Office offered any reasoning for the ban.

While the Turkish government has never full acknowledged the genocide, prior to the rise of the Islamist Justice and Development Party (AKP), similar solemn memorial events were allowed. In a report on Istanbul’s recent history of marking the event published in October, author Özgür Sevgi Göral, observed that growing social awareness of the genocide and recognition of other atrocities by the Turkish government was growing but appeared to come to a halt following the rise of the AKP as a political heavyweight in 2003.
You can be sure the anti-semitic demonstrators in the USA and Europe, carrying on with their repulsive tirades at Columbia University, in example, are also very sympathetic to Turkey and the Religion of Peace's positions on the issue, and hostile to Armenians. It's vital to consider Islam was the driving factor both during WW1's tragedy, and also the October 7, 2023 bloodbath by Hamas. And also the jihad bloodbath that occurred in Hebron in 1929. That's what makes these issues so horrific. Meanwhile, Turkey strikes again with their autocratic, racist offenses.

French-Jewish woman kidnapped and raped by anti-Israelist

A man who very likely was a Muslim kidnapped and raped a woman in France "in revenge for Palestine", and it's lucky he was caught and the victim saved:
A man was arrested for the kidnap and rape of a Jewish woman in Gennevilliers (a suburb in west Paris) in France in an antisemitic attack. "I will desecrate your daughter, I will take revenge on Palestine," the attacker said.

"Thank God she managed to escape! Similarly to Toulouse, Sarah Halimi and the Hyper Cacherhatred of Israel is lethal in France. It is what fuels antisemitism. Hatred of Israel is the blade of the Islamist dagger," said Jewish MP Meyer Habib.

Habib continued to say that, "At the same time, the Socialist Party in France wants to stop arms shipments to Israel, Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné threatens Israel with sanctions and France has voted with Algeria, Cuba and Russia in favor of Palestine joining the UN, which does not recognize Israel!!!"

"This," says Habib, "is without even mentioning the insanity of the extreme left parties and Jean-Luc Mélenchon's people ... I am sad and worried for the Jews of France but above all, as I have repeatedly said, I worry for France."
Here's more on the rescue of the victim and arrest of the culprit:
According to reports in the French media, on Sunday the Jewish woman called her mother and said that she was being held captive in the apartment of a man she met a week earlier. Police sources state that this person also sent messages to the Jewish woman's family and to her mother, which read: "Good luck, you will never find your daughter. You will never see her again, I will desecrate your daughter." He also sent a similar message to the woman's ex-boyfriend, saying that he wanted to "take revenge on Palestine."

After receiving the phone call from her daughter, the mother contacted the police, and they were able to locate the apartment where she was being held. A special force of the Nanterre police broke into the apartment and rescued the woman. The suspect, a 32-year-old man, was arrested for questioning and is suspected of kidnapping and rape.

[...] Raheli Baratz-Rix, Head of the Department for Combatting Antisemitism and Enhancing Resilience, commented on the incident and said: "This incident is part of several severe incidents that occurred during this past week against Jews around the world: burning of a synagogue, abuse and the worst in an attempted horrific reconstruction of the events of October 7 against a Jewish woman".

"Antisemitism is not a new phenomenon, but is restored and rises periodically, raising its head even more strongly all over the world. This is not a Jewish problem. It is a global problem against all humanity. Every country is responsible for protecting the Jews living in its territory, among its citizens. We must not let such events undermine the strength and identity of Jews around the world. Israel will stand strong and will embrace every Jew who wants to live here."
With all the Muslim-sponsored sexual violence that's occurred in Europe that's struck even non-Jewish citizens, that's precisely why this isn't just a Jewish problem.

South African president wallowed in antisemitism

Here's some more news about the South Africa republic's sad problems with antisemitism at the government level, and how revolting preident Cyril Ramaphosa's approach was during a community meeting:
Shortly after Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel, which saw the torture and massacre of over 1,200 people, the leadership of the South African Jewish community requested a meeting with President Cyril Ramaphosa to discuss rising antisemitism.

The meeting took place in December, and the course it took surprised the South African Jewish Board of Deputies: Instead of discussing the safety concerns of his Jewish constituents, the board’s leader said, Ramaphosa spent most of the meeting attacking Israel, which he accused of committing genocide. He later cited the meeting when South Africa charged Israel with genocide at the International Court of Justice.

“It was a complete betrayal of the community,” Wendy Kahn, the Board of Deputies’ director, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency in an interview this week.

Ramaphosa had scheduled the meeting for Dec. 13, after the launch of the country’s summer holidays, so a number of the seven Jewish officials who attended had to cut into summer travel plans to make the meeting in the capital city of Pretoria.

The inconvenience seemed worth it, Kahn said. Antisemitism had spiked in South Africa and the parliament’s overwhelming vote to cut diplomatic ties to Israel and shutter its embassy was creating problems for the South Africans with family in Israel.

Yet instead of focusing on those issues, according to Ramaphosa’s office, the South African president used the meeting to accuse Israel of genocide
. His statement following the meeting does mention his government’s “denunciation of anti-Semitic behavior towards Jewish people in South Africa, including the boycott of Jewish owned businesses, and Islamophobia.”

But most of the statement concerns South Africa’s criticism of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza. It says Ramaphosa explained that his government “condemns the genocide that is being inflicted against the people of Palestine, including women and children, through collective punishment and ongoing bombardment of Gaza.”
Obscene cliches galore, and that's all this disgraceful man cares about. No doubt, he's doing it all at the expense of his country's integrity too, and it won't be shocking if soon, he'll make sure to import plenty of Muslims to South Africa to boot. Also note his classic cliche of "islamophobia", which makes for plenty of reprehensible moral equivalence. I'd suggest all concerned not invest in the SA republic so long as anybody as vile as Ramaphosa is in charge. And we must hope the Jewish community on the south of the continent will be able to persusade neighboring countries with more common sense regarding Islamofascism why they must avoid allowing antisemitism to run rampant, and encourage them to take a firm stand against the Religion of Peace.

Biden intends to sanction IDF group

In another display of contempt for Israel after October 7, 2023's Hamas bloodbath, the Biden faux-administration wants to impose sanctions upon a IDF group, and look who's behind the campaign for it:
According to NGO Monitor, an organization named DAWN has been acting recently with the aim of pressuring the American government to impose sanctions on Israeli military personnel and units in the IDF, as reported by the newspaper 'Israel Hayom.'

For example, in April 2023, the organization sent a memo to the U.S. State Department calling for sanctions against a military judge and the military secretary of President Isaac Herzog.

Shortly after the event in October, the organization filed a private complaint with the State Department against the Netzach Yehuda battalion and its commanders. In December 2023, it sent a list of 40 Israeli officers to the Prosecutor General of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, demanding an investigation against them. Among other things, a public campaign was conducted in which their pictures and personal details were distributed.

NGO Monitor reported that several senior employees and board members of the organization have connections to the Muslim Brotherhood and they expressed support for the terrorist organization Hamas. Others are former senior members of extreme anti-Israel organizations, with a history of antisemitic statements and support for terrorist attacks. [...]

The sources noted that the American sanctions would prohibit transferring American military aid to the 'Netzach Yehuda' battalion, prevent its soldiers and officers from participating in training with the U.S. army, or participating in activities funded by the US.

Prime Minister Netanyahu commented, "It is forbidden to impose sanctions on the Israel Defense Forces. I have been acting in recent weeks against imposing sanctions on Israeli citizens, including in my talks with senior officials of the American government. At a time when our soldiers are fighting terror monsters, the intention to impose sanctions on an IDF unit is the height of absurdity and a low of values. The government under my leadership will act with all means against these moves."
Connections to the MB says all one needs to know that something is horrifyingly wrong with this picture. Former ambassador Michael Oren says this will harm the USA's military as well:
“It’s true. If there is an intention to sanction any unit of the Israeli Army, it's totally unacceptable. It's a violation of our sovereignty. It's a slap in the face of the IDF. It's also a very dangerous precedent because what begins with Netzach Yehuda, could end tomorrow with Golani or the Paratroopers, where young men and women who fought in our army, could go visit a foreign capital and find themselves being arrested at an airport. It's even dangerous for the US because what begins with the IDF could end with the American armed forces, with Marines being arrested at airports and when America goes to protest, other countries might say, ‘Well, you did this to Israel.’ So, it's a very, very bad precedent and it's also a blow to Israeli society, where we are trying to resolve the issue of Haredi service in the military and now comes along this action, which will say basically to the Haredi community, ‘You serve in the IDF and you end up getting sanctioned,’” says Dr. Oren.
Yes, it's damaging in that regard too, since now it can end up discouraging Haredis from serving based on how they're being discriminated against. This is another most repulsive act of contempt against Israel.

What will become of journalists' rights if CAIR has its way?

Daniel Greenfield points to how CAIR is trying to get reporters imprisoned for exposing Hamas supporters:
Weeks after the Hamas murders, rapes and kidnappings of Oct 7, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) began meeting with attorney generals around the country.

Beyond CAIR’s existing effort to establish that Muslims, not Jews, were the real victims, the Islamist organization whose roots are linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, the parent organization of Hamas, were persuading top state prosecutors to go after Jewish anti-terror activists.

CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area staff and Islamist allies met with California Attorney General Rob Bonta and urged him to enforce laws against what the group claimed was “doxxing”
. Under California law, doxxing can be punished by up to a year in prison. Bonta has been considering running for governor and might be amenable to doing what it took to win Islamist support.
That's not the only person to worry about. Even California's governor just made clear he's not on Israel's side:
California’s Democratic Party establishment, from Gov. Newsom on down, bowed to CAIR, and demanded that Israel cease its attacks on Hamas. How long until they agree that anyone who commits the crime of quoting CAIR and other Hamas supporters should be locked up in prison?
Anybody in Israel who met with Gavin Newsom when he came here shortly after the October 7 tragedy would do well to stop maintaining any relations with him, because it's clear he's that much of a disgrace, as is the rest of the Democrat party. Now, they're allowing CAIR to rebuild itself back again as an enemy of the people, and with the way things are going now, more tragedy is bound to strike again soon. One can also wonder what'll happen to 9-11 Families if things deteriorate as badly as they're bound to?

Biden creates tragedy for women's rights

Jordan Boyd reports fraud-in-chief Joe Biden's rewritten Title IX solely for the sake of transsexuals, and all at women's expense:
The Biden administration’s Department of Education unveiled a sweeping set of rules on Friday that effectively erase protections for sex-based spaces by expanding the Title IX prohibition against sex discrimination to include “gender identity” — a term that’s never mentioned in the original law.

A majority of Americans agree that males who claim to identify otherwise should not be allowed to infiltrate girls’ and women’s sports teams
. As of now, some 25 states have laws or regulations aimed at keeping boys and men out of female-only spaces, on and off the field.

Yet, come Aug. 1, the Democrat regime’s radial redefinition of “sex-based discrimination” poses a threat to sex-based protections and welcomes males into female spaces including athletic competitions, locker rooms, and sex-specific clubs such as sororities, despite state laws.

“The final regulations will help to ensure that all students receive appropriate support when they experience sex discrimination and that recipients’ procedures for investigating and resolving complaints of sex discrimination are fair to all involved,” the rules claim.

The regulations do even more damage, however, such as by undoing Trump-era due process safeguards for those accused of sexual misconduct, which could include merely using accurate pronouns. They also encroach on parents’ rights and threaten academic free speech by incentivizing schools to censor students and teachers with traditional views on sex and marriage so they don’t lose federal funding.
There's also the serious issue of Planet Fitness enabling male predators to endanger women under the shield of protected-class status:
For many women, this isn’t an isolated incident. It represents a growing concern surrounding predator men targeting them in public, especially in restrooms and other vulnerable spaces, and their voices being dismissed. While left-wing activists recognize the incredible violation of a women targeted in a store by a predatory man filming under her skirt, the same people seem oddly dismissive of women concerned about violations in restrooms and locker rooms.

The primary barrier between the concerns many women express regarding these predators exploiting private spaces and being taken seriously seems to be a desire to protect specifically trans-identifying men. While LGBT activists have long insisted opposition to “inclusive” restroom policies is based on transphobic views, the concern has always been that predator males will abuse these policies.

From Advocate, an LGBT site, “The gym [Planet Fitness] chain recently defended its decision to revoke the membership of a woman who photographed another woman in a changing room. Patricia Silva was banned after she shared a video on Facebook featuring the other woman, who is transgender, while complaining about her presence in the woman’s locker room.”

This “other woman” was an obvious male, shaving his beard, with no signs of female presentation. The woman entered the changing room to see him standing in a towel and topless. Advocate mocked her, saying, “Silva also pearl-clutched over the woman being near a 12-year-old girl in the locker room, despite no incident or interaction taking place. She then said that after verbally berating the woman, she reported her to the staff at the front desk, who did not take action.”
Something to ponder: if Muslim practitioners were the main ones in the locker room, there's far less chance he'd do that, because of the horror story other Muslims would cause for him. People like that pervert always look for the easy targets, and "protected class" statuses have made things worse. As have, chillingly enough, Catholic women's schools who've allowed male transsexuals to enroll:
A majority of the Catholic women’s colleges in the United States allow men who identify as transgender women to enroll, according to a new report—despite church teaching on gender and sex.

The National Catholic Register reported on Friday that of the three dozen women’s colleges throughout the country, most are now admitting men. The publication notes that there are eight Catholic women’s colleges, all founded by Catholic female religious orders, and each of those colleges has an independent board of trustees that oversees them.

Five of the eight women’s colleges explicitly state on their websites that they allow men who identify as women to enroll in their institutions, according to the National Catholic Register. According to a pro-transgender organization, Campus Pride, two more of the colleges also allow trans-identifying students to enroll.
Those schools operating in Minnesota don't shock me at all. Nor should it shock anybody why Christianity's on the sharp decline it's been on in past years. When they actually allow this kind of perversion, you can't be surprised when potential adherents want nothing to do with the Church of Rome anymore. And there you have one more example of how the USA's deteriorating rapidly.

Update: here's more from Matt Margolis on how Bill Maher addresses the issue of LGBT ideology.

How the situation in the USA is deteriorating for the Jewish community

Some items from X on how bad it's become: In this example, we learn that a Chabad synagogue was victim of arson. And there may not be any arrests, let alone investigations, made. Here, Noa Cochva, the 2021 Miss Israel winner, was assaulted by a pro-Hamas demonstrator in New York. And arrests certainly haven't been made here. And here, we learn the situation at Columbia university's become repulsive, and a rabbi's asking students to stay home at the moment. They could do better still by stopping to learn there, and not paying a cent more for any "educational" programs.

And this is just a starting example of how far the USA itself has fallen.

Update: HBO entertainer Bill Maher warns that this year could be similar to 1968, with pro-Hamas protestors.

Update 2: also important to ponder is that many anti-Israeli protestors also hold anti-American and anti-Christian viewpoints.

Update 3: and it's no improvement at all when CBS omits any news of these repulsive riots at Columbia.

Biden pulls USA military out of Niger

Joe Biden's pseudo-government continues to enable the collapse of safety in key areas around the globe by withdrawing military from Niger, and allowing Russia and China to maintain a foothold along with jihadists:
President Joe Biden suffered humiliation on the global stage again this week as the U.S. is reportedly set to give up its bases in Niger and evacuate the thousand American troops deployed there.

The move upends U.S. counterterrorism efforts and security policy in the politically unstable Sahel region of Africa, which stretches across the northern central part of the continent and includes Senegal, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Sudan, and Eritrea.

The region is one of the most dangerous in the world and is a hotbed for multiple major Islamic terrorist groups, including ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and many more.

The New York Times reported that the Biden administration is pulling the troops out in the coming weeks after the country’s democratically elected government was overthrown by its own weak military.
This is exactly why African nations with common sense can't rely upon the USA anymore, and will have to learn to how to defend themselves. The same goes for Europe.

So did Israel retaliate for Iran's attack?

That appears to be the case as reported now:
A US official told ABC News on Thursday night that Israel launched an attack on Iran and that that Israeli missiles had hit a site in Iran.

A military source told Fox News that Israel carried out a "limited" strike in Iran.

The comments came after Iran's Fars news agency reported explosions near the Isfahan airport and an Iranian military air base.

“The cause of these sounds is still unknown, and investigations continue until the exact details of the incident are determined,” it said.
As Hugh Fitzgerald notes, Biden's company has been trying to prevent Israel from retaliating:
The remains of intercepted Iranian drones and missiles shot down over Israel and Jordan are still smoldering, and already the Bidenites are trying to prevent Israel from launching its own strike in retaliation for what Washington admits was a hugely “disproportionate” response by Iran to the killing of a high-ranking Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) commander, Mohamed Reza Zahedi, in Damascus. Biden has said his government will not take part in any attack by Israel on Iran. Apparently that “ironclad” support for Israel that the Bidenites continue to claim extends only to defensive measures. It does not include support for actions that might now be taken by the IDF to make an aggressive Iran “pay the cost” of its own aggression. Furthermore, the Bidenites have told Israel not to retaliate against Iran, but to “take the win.” If Israel were to follow the Bidenites’ advice, Iran would get away scot-free after its massive and “disproportionate” attack on Israel, that included the launching of 170 drones, 130 ballistic missiles, and 30 cruise missiles. [...]

It was not just “military facilities” in Israel that were under attack. It’s true that the Nevatim Air Base and the Dimona nuclear reactor were two of the sites the Iranians were aiming for. But they also had missiles headed to Jerusalem, which the IDF shot down. Just imagine the reaction of the world’s Muslims if an Iranian missile had hit Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock. Another target was apparently the Golan Heights, the site of both a military outpost and several civilian towns.
One of the most offensive tactics of antisemites is to make it sound as though only military sources were under attack, while obscuring the civilians altogether. If the Biden "administration" did that, it's truly offensive.

Here's more on the topic, and this is honestly not encouraging, depending how you view this news:
Israel had not publicly commented as of this morning, and Iran has not blamed Israel for what appeared to be a series of three explosions. Iranian state media said “three small drones” were intercepted by its air defenses and that there was no significant damage to the base.

The International Atomic Energy Agency also said there was no damage to Iran’s nuclear facilities. “IAEA can confirm that there is no damage to #Iran’s nuclear sites,” the agency said on X. “[Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi] continues to call for extreme restraint from everybody and reiterates that nuclear facilities should never be a target in military conflicts. IAEA is monitoring the situation very closely.”
If this is correct, how do they expect to cripple Iran's nuclear facilities? You could make a similar argument about Russia's, based on where they've been going under Vladimir Putin, and attacking Ukraine. If anything, neither Israel nor any other countries concerned about Iran's aggression should be reluctant to destroy Iran's nuclear sites. There's no telling how this situation is going to end.

Muslim mayor in Brussels, Belgium tried to censor conference with conservative figures attending, court thankfully overrules attempt

A serious issue involving an attempt to suppress conservatives in Europe took place in Belgium:
A socialist mayor in Brussels ordered police to shut down the National Conservatism Conference being held in the city while Brexit leader Nigel Farage was speaking on Tuesday. [...]

The NatCon conference at the Claridge, near the European Quarter of Brussels, was “sabotaged” by police on the order of Emir Kir, the mayor of the Saint-Josse-ten-Noode municipality of the Belgian capital. The Turkish heritage socialist mayor said according to Sky News: “I issued an order from the mayor to ban the ‘National Conservatism Conference’ event to guarantee public safety.

“In Etterbeek, Brussels City and Saint-Josse, the far-right is not welcome,” he added in reference to previous venue cancellations for the NatCon conference in Belgium.

The police reportedly handed organisers of the event, which included the MCC think tank and the American Edmund Burke Foundation, notice of the shutdown as Brexit leader Nigel Farage was on stage, ordering them to end the event within 15 minutes. Mr Farage told the crowd according to GB News: “I’ve heard the police are very eager to close us down, so they can close it down with me on stage.”

“If anything has convinced me Brexit was the right thing to do, it was the events here today,” Farage added.

Other speakers scheduled for the National Conservatism Conference were set to include Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, former British Home Secretary Suella Braverman, and former French presidential candidate Éric Zemmour.

An organiser from the MCC think thank, Frank Füredi told the POLITICO website: “It’s really something out of a tinpot dictatorship… They’re trying to use a technical reason to make a political point. They told the owner that if it doesn’t get shut down they’re gonna cut the electricity.”
Thankfully, the local court overruled the attempt, and even some leftist politicians defended figures like Farage:
The overturning of the leftist order to shut down the NatCon conference in Brussels and the international cross-party condemnation of the blatant act of cancel culture will serve as a “watershed moment” in the battle for freedom of speech, Brexit leader Nigel Farage has predicted.

As Nigel Farage was on stage at the National Conservatism Conference on Tuesday in Brussels, far-left Turkish heritage municipal mayor Emir Kir ordered police to shut down the event in an attempt to show that the “far-right is not welcome” in the de-facto capital of the European Union. Although some participants, including Members of the European Parliament and former French presidential candidate Éric Zemmour, were blocked by armed police from entering the building, the conference continued.

Ultimately, an “emergency late-night ruling” from a Belgian court ruled that the order to shut down the conference was unconstitutional over breaches of freedom of speech and assembly protections. This came after neo-liberal Prime Minister Alexander De Croo reproached the municipal mayor’s order, saying that: “Banning political meetings is unconstitutional. Full stop”

After the conclusion of the NatCon conference on Wednesday, Nigel Farage said on his GB News programme: “The whole world could see that cancel culture was alive and kicking in Brussels yesterday and this story has gone global… I believe it is a watershed moment, that now it cannot be denied that this sort of thing happens.”
Absolutely correct. The Eurpean governments who truly don't want to build up a negative image would do well to start removing "mayors" like the one in Brussels who was the primary, but obviously not the only source, behind this scandal.
However, it was not just the populist right who condemned the actions of the socialist municipal mayor, with even those on the European left raising the alarm at the, with former Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis telling the UnHerd website: “I’m no political friend of Nigel Farage but I would hate it if anyone like Nigel was prevented from speaking merely because he may say things that may annoy, among other people, myself.
I'd suggest people like Varoufakis start begin distancing themselves from Islam, in example, if they really want to mend fences. In addition, people like him can also attend the conference in a show of solidarity.

Update: Giulio Meotti's commented on the issue, and warns that Hamas is fundraising in Belgium, which could be described as western Europe's first Muslim state.

Malmo's Muslimization

An Israeli delegation went on a fact-finding trip to the Swedish city of Malmo, and found a most horrific amount of antisemitism there:
In a documentary that aired last week on Channel 12, Israeli journalists Elad Simchayoff and Ohad Hemo traveled to Malmö, Sweden ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest which is set to be held in the city in May. During their visit, the pair discovered disturbing amounts of antisemitism and anti-Israel hate in the city.

Speaking to Arutz Sheva-Israel National News, Simchayoff notes that Malmö has a long-standing negative reputation, "I think we came back rattled, to be honest. Malmö has this reputation, which is not new, of being the most antisemitic city in Europe. Back in 2010, the Simon Wiesenthal Center issued a travel warning for Jews, specifically to Malmö, and generally to the southern part of Sweden. So we knew what we were getting into broadly speaking, while traveling there, specifically going to Muslim neighborhoods and mosques, demonstrations, and the market which is generally controlled and operated by immigrants."

With this, he was still shocked by what he saw: "Yet still, I at least, came back surprised and as I said rattled because we faced so much hatred and such a poor form of antisemitism. Even I, who covers Europe and antisemitic processes that have been going on the continent for the past 11 years, didn't think that we would encounter this level of aggression and hatred like the one we encountered in our four days in Malmö."

Simchayoff sheds light on the delegation that is expected to travel with Israel's entry into the competition, Eden Golan, and the measures being taken to protect it: "It's going to be the smallest Israeli delegation to the Eurovision in recent years and the most secured one, by far. We're talking about tripling the number of security escorts to the Israeli delegation and I can tell you that the participants of the Israeli delegation to the Eurovision received very strict instructions from the Shin Bet telling them exactly when they're allowed to leave the hotel, that they can only travel together in groups, and so on. It's a big headache for the Israeli security team and the local security teams in Malmö. We spoke to the local police commander who's partially responsible for the security of Eurovision, and when we spoke with members of the city council, everyone told us, 'Yes, the situation is complex but we are getting on top of it, we are handling things.'"
Somehow, I wouldn't count upon the local authorities to be entirely trustworthy, and who's to know if there won't be another incident like the Munich olympics in Germany back in 1972? We must definitely hope not.

And this is definitely telling of how far Sweden's fallen in the past 2 decades alone, perhaps more than any other city in Europe involving the Religion of Peace.

Antisemitic professor at Hebrew University arrested for incitement, and Ilhan Omar's daughter arrested at Columbia on similar charges

The Hebrew University has a very bad monster working there, who's now been accused of incitement, and already committed bigotry denial:
Hebrew University professor Nadera Shalhoub-Kevorkian was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of incitement, according to Israeli media. She was brought to the Harel police station in Mevaseret Zion.

She was transferred to the crime-fighting unit for investigation to decide whether she would be kept in custody or if she would be released. They are also determining if she is released, what kind of conditions she should be released under.

The lecturer had accused Israel of genocide in Gaza and also denied the sexual abuse crimes committed by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 massacre.

According to Kan 11, the Israel Police asked the prosecutor's office at the beginning of April to approve a criminal investigation against Shalhoub-Kevorkian on suspicion of incitement.

The Chairman of the National Union of Students, Elhanan Fellheimer, supported the arrest of the University professor, saying that they hope that her "arrest will mark a new way of handling the whole issue of incitement in academia and incitement against Israel in general." She added that students have been asking for a long time to stop the incitement.
It's clear any apology she made for her denial of sexual violence and graphic murder was not genuine, and the time's come to fire her altogether, and distance her from sane society.

And over in the USA, the Muslim Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar's daughter was arrested at Columbia university in New York for participating in disturbances:
More than 100 students have been arrested after police cleared a camp of pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University in New York.

The university's president said that the "extraordinary step" came after multiple warnings and was necessary to provide a safe environment.

Among the participants in the protest was Minnesota politician Ilhan Omar's daughter, who has been suspended.

Protests have rocked US campuses since the Israel-Gaza war began last year.

Demonstrators constructed an encampment of about 50 tents on campus on Wednesday - and overnight hundreds of students and others rallied with them.

More than 100 had occupied the lawns for over 30 hours, in violation of university rules, New York Mayor Eric Adams told a news conference on Thursday.

The demonstrators were joined by independent presidential candidate Cornel West.

In a statement sent to faculty earlier on Thursday, Columbia University president Dr Nemat Shafik said she had hoped her decision to authorise the New York Police Department to clear the encampment would "never be necessary".

"The individuals who established the encampment violated a long list of rules and policies," Dr Shafik said. "Through direct conversations and in writing, the university provided multiple notices of these violations."
This sure doesn't look good for Omar's image, but unfortunately, there's many Muslims in Minnesota who're unlikely to see it that way, and will surely vote for her again in the next state elections. For now, surely there isn't grounds in cases like these to ban partisan politics from universities as much as regular schools?

Priest in Australia who was victim of jihadist stabbing forgives his attacker

The Assyrian priest who was stabbed by a jihadist at a church in Sydney, New South Wales, made a very sad, defeatist decision:
An Assyrian church bishop who was stabbed during a service at his Sydney church has publicly offered forgiveness to his alleged attacker.

He called for his supporters not to retaliate over the attack but instead behave in a “Christlike” way. [...]

The church on Thursday released an audio statement from Emmanuel in which the bishop, speaking from his hospital bed, said he was recovering well and that he was praying for his alleged attacker.

“I forgive whoever has done this act,”
he said. “And I say to him, ‘You’re my son. I love you and I will always pray for you.’

“And whoever sent you to do this, I forgive them as well in Jesus’s mighty name.”

“I have nothing in my heart but love for everyone. Whether that person is a Christian or not, it’s totally beside the point.”

He called on his supporters to pray instead of retaliate: “There is no need to be worried or concerned. And a piece of advice to all our beloved faithfuls – I need you to act Christlike.

“The Lord Jesus never taught us to fight, the Lord Jesus never taught us to retaliate, the Lord Jesus never said to us ‘an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth’.”
This is not a matter of "retaliation". This is a matter of failure to condemn a "religion" that's done the world more harm than good, and many Christians as much as Judaists have fallen victim to it over past centuries, as have apostates from Islam too. I'm sorry, but this is exactly why the Religion of Peace has had such a horrifying impact upon the globe. Because these figures of faith don't have the courage to call a spade a spade, and confront serious issues meat-and-potatoes style.

Anti-Israel activist arrested for offensive language demonstrates desensitization to violence

An anti-Israel activist was arrested in Bakersfield, California for making murder threats against city council members:
An anti-Israel protestor has been arrested after threatening to murder members of the city council of Bakersfield, California.

During a meeting of the city council to discuss a resolution calling for a ceasefire between Israel and the Hamas terrorist organization, Riddhi Patel threatened Mayor Karen Goh and other municipal officials.

Patel said during the public comments section of the meeting that "you guys are all horrible human beings, and Jesus probably would have killed you herself."

She condemned the city council's decision to install metal detectors for the meeting, and her rhetoric grew increasingly violent and threatening.

"I hope that one day, somebody brings the guillotine and kills all of you mother-s,"
she said.

"We'll see you at your house. We'll murder you," Patel declared.

Patel was arrested for her death threats and on Friday she was indicted on 18 felony charges. She pled not guilty despite her threats being recorded on camera.

The court ordered that Patel be held on $1 million bail and that she be kept at least 500 yards away from city hall.
Hmm, did she really also allude to Jesus as though he were a woman? Apparently, somebody who potentially supports transsexual identity politics must've made that remark, and topped it off with additionally abominable language. This is truly disgusting, and such a person belongs underneath the dregs of society. If she's from a Moslem country, she should be deported back there, and lose any citizenship she has. But who knows if, in a horrible state like California, the law will be enacted properly?
