Maine's leftists continue to represent disgrace

A Republican in Maine, Laurel Libby, spoke out against the transsexual policies being used as a shield for sexual discrimination against girls in state school marathons, to name but one example, and for this, the Democrats in the assembly censured her:

A Republican lawmaker in Maine criticized Gov. Janet Mills (D-ME) for trying to “cancel both girls’ sports” and people who spoke out “against her radical agenda.”

“.@GovJanetMills’s campaign to cancel both girls’ sports *and* anyone who speaks out against her radical agenda continues,” Rep. Laurel Libby (R-ME) wrote in a post on X.

Libby’s post came after she had been censored for defending women’s sports and speaking out against a transgender-identifying athlete who won a girls’ competition.

Breitbart News’s Warner Todd Huston previously reported that on Tuesday, the Maine legislature “moved to censure” Libby after she posted on social media, pointing “out that a boy had recently taken away a girl’s opportunity by winning a girl’s high school track and field event.”

When a woman serving as governor refuses to defend the dignity of other women, it's meaningless to say that a woman being elected to public office represents "progress" any more than in Europe, where they throw women's safety and dignity under the bus for the sake of Islamofascism. On which note, if Muslim women didn't want transsexuals around, only then would the Democrats in Maine comply, which just makes clear why "protected class" statuses are so offensive, because they've only made things worse.

The USA government should revoke any funding for Maine after this atrocity of misogyny, all enabled by a woman who's clearly not in the business for upholding other women's dignity and safety.
