Any real responsibility being taken yet? Or is it still just favoratism?

From The Australian:
A Sydney magistrate has thrown the book at a 21-year-old man who was at Sunday’s riots in Cronulla, jailing him within hours of his arrest for carrying a tree branch as a weapon in the western suburb of Penrith.
On the other hand, if it's middle easterners we're talking about:
The Herald observed police talking to at least four young men of Middle Eastern appearance in West Botany Street.

The police officers had confiscated two baseball bats but did not arrest any of the men.
Okay, let's see what we have here. A guy is carrying a tree branch for self-defense, and, as explained in the article, he and two others had been harrassed by a group of Muslims, yet the court sees fit to send him to the clink. Yet, when it comes to the Muslims themselves, while they may have confiscated the weapons, they did not arrest them. I wonder why?

Now I know that the authorities arrested quite a few terror suspects, including those mentioned in here. But even so, what's reported above is still quite irresponsible, and calls for a replacement of whomever the police commissioner in charge of Sydney is. Effective immediately. (Here's the contact page for the NSW police, for anyone who'd like to complain.)

Hat tip: Tim Blair.

The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age (also via Tim Blair) are also working overtime to convince us all that John Howard was wrong on the race issue, and even, are you ready for this?
Despite the majority of voters agreeing there was underlying racism, the poll also found that 81 per cent of voters supported the policy of multiculturalism.
And which voters might those be, the ones who go to the left of the spectrum, perhaps? Oh, do tell me about it. I've seen how newspapers like Maariv do their so-called polls over here, and this is just plain...stupid.

And it really shows what a lurid bias the MSM has in favor of the whole multi-culti disaster concept.
