Woman injured in rock-throwing attack near Betar Illit

(IsraelNN.com) An Israeli woman was lightly injured this afternoon when Arab attackers threw rocks at her car near Betar Illit, in the Etzion Bloc southeast of Jerusalem. The victim was treated at the scene and then sent for further treatment at a medical facility in the capital.No, the problem is that the government has shackled the army's influence. Otherwise, I'd say that they would've been able to prevent such attacks more easily.
The attackers apparently escaped detection by security forces.
