A few weeks ago, Melanie Phillips wrote about Britain's declining health care services, and the government won't do anything proper to get it back on its feet again. In fact, as I've heard, their hospitals may have suffered from the worst lack of responsibility of recent. Florence Nightingale must be spinning in her grave.
