Another atrocity has been perpetrated by a Muslim family against a daughter. Atlas Shrugs presents an article translated by Nidra Poller from Le Parisien:
A 16 year-old girl may lose her eye as punishment for chatting on MSN. Caught while she was on the computer one day in December, she was beaten and held prisoner in the family apartment in the Raguenets housing project in Saint-Gratien (Val d'Oise). The victim was punished by her two brothers had with the approval of their strict Muslim parents. The four of them had held a family counsel to escape from legal consequences. The court charged the Enghien police department to investigate the case. A preliminary investigation led to the arrest on Wednesday of the victim’s parents and her two brothers. The older brother, who is in his thirties, is suspected of playing a major role. The family kept the teen prisoner in the apartment for eight days under terrible conditions.
The mayor of Saint-Gratien, Jacqueline Eustache-Brinio—of [Sarkozy’s] UMP party—said: “This cannot be tolerated in France in the 21st Century. You do not put out the eye of a child for religious reasons. The parents have to understand that this is a very serious act.”
