Gaddafi's son captured and facing illness

The son of the late Libyan dicatator has been captured by his fellow Islamists and while in captivity, is suffering from gangrene disease. Can't say I feel sorry for him, but at the same time, if his captors are as bad and worse than he is, then there's nothing to celebrate.
