Shas spiritual leader orders them to support regulation law
The Sephardic Shas party has been ordered by its spiritual leader, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, to vote Wednesday for the Regulation Law.Well they'd better remain true to the principle they've stated if they want to maintain credibility. Rav Ovadia's done the right thing, and they should not be putting government jobs above morale. Their loyalty to the land of Israel must come first.
Shas Chairman Eli Yishai told Knesset faction members that if it appeared that he would be fired as Interior Minister were he to be in conflict with the government's opposition to the law, he would consult again with the rabbi.
Earlier, Shas informed Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that he would find no cooperation if he enforced coalition discipline and ordered members to oppose the law.

What is the difference in basic law regulation between USA and UK. How easy to sue small/medium sized company in UK? What if person am holding passport of EU country? How to start process? Who should pay for it?

US law and English law differ as to good faith. Unlike most other common law countries but aligned with civil law countries such as France, US law does have a general duty of good faith in the performance and enforcement of contracts. English law does not have a general implied duty of good faith except in limited areas such as employment law and insurance law in relation to pre-contractual disclosure by a party seeking cover.
