Saudis plan to paralyze prisoner

The UK Telegraph reports of an inhumane punishment the Saudis have in store for a man who was convicted of stabbing a friend of his in a way that caused paralysis. Truly creepy, the ideas they have for eye-for-an-eye types of penalties.
