A peculiar incident took place at the Western Wall:
A Jewish man was killed on Friday morning at the Western Wall plaza in Jerusalem after being shot multiple times by a security guard.
Initial reports indicated that the 46-year-old victim was in a public bathroom onsite, and that he shouted “Allahu Akbar,” an Arabic phrase meaning “God is greater.” The phrase, though common in Muslim parlance, has historically been shouted by terrorists ahead of perpetrating attacks in Israel.
The guard told police that the victim reached for his pocket while shouting the Arabic phrase.
Magen David Adom crews that arrived on the scene attempted to resuscitate the man, who succumbed to his wounds at the scene.
It's very sad this had to happen, but when somebody starts yelling the phrases common among jihadists, this is what can happen. The assumption for now is that the man was a loonybin, but he could have been a convert to Islam, which sadly, is possible depending on how demented the person in question is.

He was NOT a Jew - Jews don't pull out weapons and start screaming "Allahu Akbar" in front of a crowd - the identification of him as a Jew is certainly incorrect and I hasten to remind you that Islamic terrorists can and do pass as Jews! If he was in fact an Islamic terrorist, his being shot dead saved a lot of lives in Jerusalem today.
