In a report on the state of education in Israel today
, Shas's corrupt leader said:
Meanwhile Shas leader Arye Deri said he believes that enlistment-aged men who choose to study in yeshiva instead of serving in the army should be allowed to do so, and that they are even more important than those who choose to become IDF soldiers.
Doesn't sound like he's proud of those who join the army, where they happen to have Torah classes available too. Again, Deri only succeeds in showing what an un-realist he really is.
