Ricardo Dugulin wrote about the last trial Phillipe Karsenty went through that resulted in a ridiculous ruling, and what it means for free speech in Europe. Karsenty is lucky to gain help from the Middle East Forum in dealing with this atrocity. Europeans everywhere have to bear in mind that this is a case concerning everybody's free speech on the subject of Islam.
