China eases more of their communist policies

Besides easing up on the one-child policy, they're also stopping their reeducation through labor. They've still got a long way to go, however, since the current setting appears to be a two-child policy. Not good enough. They need to allow parents to bear as many children as they can afford, plain and simple.
