How can a pro-Israel movement be "non-Zionist"?

The Jerusalem Post spoke about a proposal by a Knesset member to recognize Chabad missionary work as a form of national service. But here's where they come up with a weird contradiction:
While Chabad is non-Zionist, it is strongly pro-Israel.
How can they call a movement with pro-Israeli positions "non-Zionist"? It doesn't make any sense. Zionism is synonymous with patriotism, and they're trying to separate between the two? Such disrespect. But then, what can one expect from a paper that does have its share of pretentious leftists, unfortunately.
