China ends 1-child policy, allowing now for 2 children to all couples

In a little bit of good news for China, they've decided to allow all couples to bear at least 2 children, easing the restriction somewhat from the one-child policy they enforced since 1979 (Hat tip: Accuracy in Media). While this does bode better for China, it's still not enough, but this change the communists have allowed will hopefully lead to a full removal of any such birth limits.
