Moshe Abutbol's stalling on setting up security cameras in Beit Shemesh

The corrupt Shas-affiliated mayor in Beit Shemesh was called before the court again over his failure to install security cameras to catch Haredi extremists hanging up modesty signs:
Israel's Supreme Court ordered the Beit Shemesh municipality to increase its efforts to nab haredi extremists flouting a law banning the hanging of so-called "modesty signs". [...]As always, they're trying to dodge court orders and break the law. I believe more fines and warnings of incarceration would be quite useful in dealing with such a scumbag as Abutbol.
During a hearing on the issue on Sunday, the Supreme Court accused Beit Shemesh of not investing sufficient efforts in combating the phenomenon and ordered the municipality to install video cameras near the seven major flashpoints in order to enforce the courts directive banning modesty signs.
