Toronto continues to be a terrible example in Canadian territory

A terrorist organization has been allowed to hold a conference in Toronto despite being banned by the Canadian government for their terror ties:
A pro-October 7 massacre conference is set to be held in Toronto in November, according to the Masar Badil Movement Palestinian Alternative Revolutionary Path Movement Instagram account, hosted by a branch of an organization banned by Canada for being a terrorist group’s front.

The Three Years of Al-Aqsa Flood Conference, subtitled “Resistance & Return From the Belly of the Beast,” is being organized by Masar Badil, an organization closely linked to Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network, which was listed by Canada as a terrorist entity for its close links to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terrorist organization. [...]

The conference was immediately endorsed by several organizations suspected of being branches of the Samidoun network after being designated by both the US and Canada as a terrorist front in 2024.

Endorsers include Tariq El-Tahrir Youth and Student Network, the Masar Badil youth movement that previously launched a petition for the release of Capital Jewish Museum shooter Elias Rodriguez, and Nidal Seattle, run by Bissan Barghouti, the former head of Samidoun Seattle. Barghouti is also an executive member of Masar Badil. Another group was Students United for Palestinian Equality and Return at the University of Washington, which has overlapping members and events with Nidal Seattle.
Seriously, this doesn't reflect well on the Canadian government at all, but then, it's sadly been led by far-leftists for decades now. This case certainly does continue to make Ontario look like a very bad place, as awful as New York can be. If the Canadian government doesn't do anything to stop this from going ahead, that'll continue to compound what a terrible image they have.

Male transsexual misogynist in Canada murdered 9 people

Another mass murder committed by a man living as a transsexual occurred in Canada, with mainly women paying a heavy price:
The mass shooting spree by Jesse Van Rootselaar, an 18-year-old man, in Tumbler Ridge in Canada, had a pattern. He murdered his mother, who had been supportive of his delusions that he was really a woman, and his 11-year-old stepbrother.

Then he went to a school and killed a 39-year-old ‘female educator’, three 12-year-old girls, two boys and another 12-year-old girl is reportedly fighting for her life.

There’s a pattern here.

Jesse, who had been convinced that he was a woman, but knew inside that it was all a lie, put on a dress and went off to target women and girls. Most of his victims were female, which was something that he could never be, and that’s probably not a coincidence.
That his mother defended his delusions didn't change his view of actual women:
The mother who was murdered by her school-shooter transgender son in Canada defended trans rights and urged her followers to stop “spewing bulls–t” online in a resurfaced Instagram post.

Strang blasted online critics and warned that hatred is pushing transgender kids toward suicide — adding that such rhetoric makes them look “dumb.”

“Do you have any idea how many kids are killing themselves over this kind of hate. Please STOP the bulls–t!”

Her son, an 18-year-old ex-student, launched his horrifying attack at a private residence in the sleepy rural community of Tumbler Ridge on Tuesday afternoon before continuing the carnage at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, where authorities said he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Six people were found dead inside the school, and the bodies of Van Rootselaar’s mother, 39, and stepbrother, 11, were discovered in a local residence, cops said.
One of the saddest things besides this is that the RCMP described him by his "preferred pronouns", and thus beggaring the query, does somebody who commits such a heinous crime deserve to referred to in such a bizarrely Oedipalian manner? And another thing that's disgusting is that Israel National News actually went along with this pronoun propaganda, suggesting they're falling back on mistakes they made in the past, or lurching towards a leftist approach. Some of the commentors to the article were offended, and one said:
Disappointing and wondering who is writing this I expected a borrowing from a lefty news site like AP or Reuters but nothing it’s from A-7. Maybe I’ll look into Israel 365 more. If A-7 doesn’t correct itself . We all make mistakes let’s see if this site owns up and isn’t signaling a turn left.
Perhaps a reevaluation of them may be in order.

American Indian actor from Dances With Wolves charged with sexual violence

It looks like 2 movies starring Kevin Costner from nearly 4 decades ago have been tarnished by two of the co-stars. The first was Field of Dreams, which has been littered by the aforementioned Timothy Busfield, and the second is Dances With Wolves, which has been tainted by a onetime actor named Nathan Chasing Horse:
A Nevada jury on Friday convicted “Dances With Wolves” actor Nathan Chasing Horse of sexually assaulting Indigenous women and girls in a case that sent shock waves through Indian Country.

The jurors in Las Vegas found Chasing Horse guilty of 13 of the 21 charges he faced. Most of the guilty verdicts centered on Chasing Horse’s conduct with a victim who was 14 when he began assaulting her. He was acquitted of some sexual assault charges when the main victim was older and lived with him and his other companions.

Chasing Horse, 49, faces a minimum of 25 years in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for March 11.

He has also been charged with sex crimes in other states as well as Canada. British Columbia prosecutors said Friday that once Chasing Horse has been sentenced and any appeals are finished in the U.S., they will assess next steps in their prosecution.
This is obviously sad, but makes clear that even Oscar-winning films and such are not immune to infiltration by rotten apples. Now, for all we know, Field of Dreams and Dances With Wolves could fall into obscurity and hardly be viewed, all because 2 monsters have tainted them.

Beauty pageant contestant for "palestine" has connections with jihadist Marwan Barghouti

It turns out, unshockingly, that Nadine Ayoub, the Dubai-residing contestant at Miss Universe who represented "palestine", has connections with a jihadist:
Nadine Ayoub, the first-ever Palestinian contestant in the Miss Universe competition, was married to Sharif Barghouti, the son of senior Fatah figure Marwan Barghouti, and later named her child after him, the New York Post revealed.

Ayoub, who says she is a 27-year-old US and Canadian citizen living in Dubai, made headlines recently after being selected as the first Palestinian representative in Miss Universe 2025, which concluded Thursday night with Miss Mexico winning the crown.

Old photos obtained by the New York Post show that she made a notable effort to hide the fact that she had once been married to Sharif Barghouti, son of the well-known Fatah leader who is serving five life sentences at the Israeli Hadarim Prison for orchestrating terrorist attacks that killed five people in 2001 and 2002.

Posts on social media indicate that Ayoub married Sharif Barghouti in 2016, and three years later gave birth to a son named Marwan, apparently in tribute to the convicted murderer and terrorist.
Well this definitely gives beauty a bad name, when someboyd like her obviously went into the contest just to push propaganda, and employ it as nothing more than a propaganda weapon. And if the Miss Universe pageant is going to allow this, it's one more reason why they themselves should've gone out of business long ago. Beauty pageants cannot be produced as a political tool, and this only further damages the brand.

Maine's electorate lost their moral compass

Over in Bangor, Maine, a woman who'd committed manslaughter was elected to city council, her offensive past act notwithstanding:
Voters in Maine elected a woman for city councilor who was previously found guilty and served time for manslaughter.

Angela Walker, who was successfully elected in Bangor, Maine
, on Tuesday, is making headlines after the surprising election results. Walker was convicted in 2003 in connection with the killing of Canadian tourist Derek Rogers, who had allegedly called her a racist name.

Walker and her brother, Benjamin Humphrey, pled guilty to the crime. [...]

Of the three councilors elected, Walker received the fewest votes, but her election was still shocking to many.
I've wondered for almost a quarter century what kind of twisted people dwell in a state like Maine, recalling a most repugnant man I once encountered online who may have been a Bar Harbour resident, and who defended the perpetrators of the bloodbath at Columbine, Colorado. He also turned out to be a PLO supporter, and this was after September 11, 2001. One can only wonder what such a creep thinks of the victims of 911 by extension, seeing how he desecrated the memory of the Columbine victims, and practically erased them altogether.

With this kind of election result in Maine, there's no telling if they're an area worth visiting anymore.

Former hostage of Hamas becomes fashion model

Maya Regev, one of the hostages of Hamas during October 7, 2023 who's now thankfully be freed from captivity, worked as a fashion model on a runway in Tel Aviv for a joint Israeli/Canadian show:
Wearing a yellow ribbon and oversized denim dress, former hostage Maya Regev walked the runway Wednesday during the Upcoming Designers fashion show at Israel Canada Tel Aviv Fashion Week 2025.

Regev appeared on the runway during the segment featuring young designer Noam Maayan, who owns the fashion brand Pattern. Maayan's collection featured primarily blue jeans items with a unique twist. Regev's look included black boots and a long yellow ribbon in her hair that reached the floor.
The outfit she wore was designed or worn so that it revealed the shoulder on top, and legs below. And she did the right thing to wear such items too, in order to send a message to the monsters advocating sharia that they won't dictate what she can or cannot wear.

Britain, Canada and Australia cater to jihadism

It's no shock at this point, but the far-left governments of 3 countries have now decided they want to recognize a "palestinian state" for the sake of virtue-signaling, and rewarding Islamic terrorism in the process:
The United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia announced on Sunday they now recognize Palestine as a state, despite accusations that it would be rewarding the Islamist Hamas terrorists behind the October 7th terror attacks on Israel.

One day before the beginning of the Rosh Hashanah Jewish New Year celebrations, British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer announced that the UK would recognize Palestine statehood. The move pre-empted plans from France to back the measure this week at the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York.

Starmer’s telegraphed announcement was preempted by fellow G7 nation Australia and Canada, both of which announced Sunday they would also recognize the territory as a state shortly before Starmer’s statement.
This is also an attack on the USA, since, back in 2001, Gazans celebrated the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9-11, and now these European corruptocrats are desecrating the memory of thousands of American victims too.
For its part, Israel’s Foreign Ministry said in response: “Recognition is nothing but a reward for jihadist Hamas – emboldened by its Muslim Brotherhood affiliated in the UK.

“Hamas leaders themselves openly admit: this recognition is a direct outcome, the ‘fruit’ for the October 7 massacre. Don’t let Jihadist ideology dictate your policy.”

Palestine lacks the fundamental aspects of statehood, such as clearly defined borders or a firm constitution and has not held meaningful elections in nearly two decades. Meanwhile, it continues to be a major sponsor of terrorism against its neighbour and top trading partner, Israel.

The move to recognise Palestine as a state will put Canberra, Ottawa, and London at odds with both Israel and the United States, with the Trump administration stressing its opposition to Palestinian statehood as it would be “rewarding Hamas” for the October 7th terror attacks on Israel.

During a joint press conference with Prime Minister Starmer amid his state visit to the UK this week, President Trump said that he has a “disagreement with the Prime Minister on that score, one of our few disagreements actually.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also previously accused the UK and others of rewarding terrorism by setting out plans to recognize Palestine as a state.
This sadly isn't really new, and the UK is where all the palestine propaganda first mainly began.

Update: Netanyahu's responded as follows:
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded on Sunday to the declaration by the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada officially recognizing a Palestinian state.

"I have a clear message for those leaders who recognize a Palestinian state after the terrible October 7th Massacre: you are giving a huge reward for terror. I have another message for you: It won't happen. A Palestinian state will not be created west of the Jordan.

"For years, I have prevented the establishment of this terror state against tremendous pressure from home and abroad. We have done this with determination and with astute statesmanship. Moreover, we have doubled the Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria, and we will continue on this path. The answer to the recent attempt to force on us a terror state in the heart of our land will be given after my return from the US. Just wait," Netanyahu stated.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar commented on the move, noting, "Most countries have already recognized a 'Palestinian state' in the past. That was wrong even back then. But those same governments that have now decided to join in the recognition are also committing an especially immoral, outrageous, and ugly act. The governments that decided to do so after October 7, and while Israel is still engaged in a difficult military campaign against Hamas and its partners, will be remembered with eternal disgrace.

According to Sa'ar, "This is a reward for Hamas and a reward for terrorism. It is also an unjustified reward for the Palestinian Authority. Just recently, the United States announced steps against the PA and its leaders, among other things, due to its continued policy of rewarding terrorists with salary payments."

"I am encouraged by the responses of the opposition in the 'recognition countries,' which oppose their governments' moves in a clear and unequivocal manner and see them as a misguided and distorted move. Even in these countries, we still have many friends.

He pledged that "a Palestinian state will not arise—and it will not arise—is the opposition of the people of Israel. The people oppose this delusional idea by an overwhelming, unprecedented majority. Our future will not be determined in London or Paris. It will be determined in Jerusalem. We will continue to fight resolutely on the diplomatic front against moves that endanger Israel and its future. By our side will stand our friends in the world, and at their head—the United States of America. And Israel will win! Israel does not lie!"
There have been polls in Europe indicating the public there actually disapproves of this. Even so, these moves are already going to cause chaos in Europe 50 years ago.

Update 2: lawyer Alan Dershowitz also commented on the subject.

Toronto Film Festival is an atrocity

The Toronto International Film Festival recently refused to screen a documentary about October 7, 2023, and it drew outrage. The New York congressman Richie Torres raised some vital queries:
US Congressman Ritchie Torres (D-NY) criticized the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF)'s decision, since reversed, not to allow the screening of a film documenting the rescue actions of Maj. Gen. (res.) Noam Tibon during the October 7th massacre.

"The Toronto Film Festival is refusing to screen a documentary about 10/7 because of objections from Hamas, insisting that the terrorist group must approve the use of any footage exposing its crimes against humanity. Since when does a terrorist organization have veto power over the telling of history?"
he wondered.

"Could you imagine a film festival rejecting a Holocaust documentary because of objections from Nazi Germany. The collapse of moral common sense is staggering," Torres stated.

The Toronto International Film Festival announced on Wednesday the removal of the film The Road Between Us - The Ultimate Rescue from this year's screening lineup.

Festival management justified the decision by saying the filmmakers did not provide evidence that they hold usage rights for footage filmed on GoPro cameras by Hamas operatives that day, and, according to the festival, without those clearances, the film could not be screened as part of the event.

It is estimated that the decision was made following pressure from anti-Israel organizations and fears of demonstrations and unrest during the festival.

On Thursday, after backlash from Canadian Jewish organizations, international media, and public officials such as Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, TIFF said it would reinstate the film.

In an official statement, TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey and filmmaker Avrich said, “Over the past 24 hours, there has been much discussion about TIFF's decision to withdraw its invitation to The Road Between Us: The Ultimate Rescue for this year's festival. Both TIFF and the filmmakers have heard the pain and frustration expressed by the public, and we want to address this together.”

“We have worked together to find a resolution to satisfy important safety, legal, and programming concerns. We are pleased to share that The Road Between Us: The Ultimate Rescue will be an official TIFF selection at the festival this year, where we believe it will contribute to the vital conversations that film is meant to inspire,” they added.
Even so, what the TIFF management attempted to do was completely avoidable, and all they did was embolden all the anti-Israeli sources they should not be associating with at all. Torres is also correct that terrorist organizations do not have a say in what a film festival can or cannot screen, and it's hugely disappointing TIFF would be willing to try this in the first place. They have to do a lot more than just apologize for the damage they caused.

Canadian LGBT bookstore hosts drag performers celebrating Hamas

Jihad Watch drew attention to the following repugnant sight at a LGBT bookstore in Toronto. One of the worst things about this is that the people running the shoddy store may actually be aware that Islamists are hostile to LGBT no matter how perverse the ideology also is, and at this point, chances are a lot of LGBT activists decided somewhere along the way that Israel and its residents are worse in every way than adherents to the Religion of Peace, to the point where, if the Islamofascists don't approve of LGBT, they won't oppose the Religion of Peace when it takes over countries like Canada. And that's by far one of the worst things about these perverse ideologies harbored by the left.

Israel's enemies don't even know where a palestinian state is

USA secretary of state Marco Rubio made an interesting note about the leaders in countries like the UK, France and Canada, who want to recognize a palestinian state at Israel's expense, and the USA's:
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio dismissed the recent moves by the governments of Canada, France, and the United Kingdom to recognize a Palestinian state, stating that those who seek to recognize such a state “can’t even tell you where this Palestinian state is" or who would rule it.

“They can’t tell you who will govern it,"
Rubio told Fox News' Brian Kilmeade yesterday. "It’s counterproductive," he said of the recognition of Palestine, adding that such recognition is "counterproductive."

“First of all, none of these countries has the ability to create a Palestinian state. There can be no Palestinian state unless Israel agrees to it,”
he said.

He added: “At the end of the day, the Hamas side is the Palestinian statehood side.”

Rubio noted that the recognitions harm America's efforts to broker a ceasefire and hostage deal. “If Hamas refuses to agree to a ceasefire, it guarantees a Palestinian state will be recognized by all these countries in September."

“At the end of the day, Hamas is sitting there saying: We’re winning the PR war. We’ve got all these countries lining up on our side of this argument. We’ve got leverage now. We shouldn’t agree to anything. We should keep this thing going,"
he said.

[...] He criticized the international media for pushing fake narratives of Israeli evil while ignoring the continued plight of the hostages who are still held captive in Gaza. “You watch the programming of things like the BBC - 95 percent of their coverage is about how evil, in their narrative, Israel is. Very little coverage paid to the hostages, the families. You know what the cameras don’t capture? The suffering of 20 people living in tunnels right now, taken hostage by Hamas for almost, for a long time. No one’s covering that. No one’s talking about that.”
Again, this makes for an interesting point as to how anti-Israeli movements operate. They go by the laughable position of just wanting to do something for the sake of Israel's most babaric enemies, all to cripple Israel, and simultaneously, they even turn their backs on their own publics and endanger them as well.

That said, it's a terrible shame even Rubio had to go be part of the initial attempt to form a faustian pact with Syria's new dictator, Ahmed al-Sharaa, because in doing so, that was only granting legitimacy to another tyrant, and that undermines the USA's credibility in dealing with the issue of Islamic terrorism. There's surely a valid argument that can be made that, when the USA allows a terrorist in a different country to gain validity, that too can undermine Israel's efforts to free hostages.

Update: Donald Trump's warned Canada's Carney that if he doesn't stop this, Trump will impose more tarrifs:
If Canada does not make a deal with the U.S. by Friday, Trump is set to impose a 35% tariff on all Canadian goods that are not covered by the US-Mexico-Canada trade agreement.
It should be done now. Carney's just the latest embarrassment of a premier after Justin Trudeau.

Canada's electorate screws up for the 4th time

Just months after the conservative party of Pierre Poiliviere was leading, the liberal party of the now departed Justin Trudeau regained the edge and was elected again a 4th time with Mark Carney at the helm. And all because of a joke Donald Trump made?
I mean, did Canadians vote for communists just to “punish Trump” because he joke about annexing your country? What you Canadians don’t realize is that Carney will be easier to roll over for Trump, just like Trudeau was..Pierre Poilievre might have been able to get something done with the tariffs ya’ll are so bitter about.. Now you’re screwed..
If that was the reason much of the Canadian public voted for Carney as premier, it sure is bewildering why they'd let something so petty get the better of them. Now, they could be facing much worse effects of Islamization, and as noted here:
Carney is also a committed globalist, couching his socialist internationalism in fantasies about Canada replacing the United States as the leader of the free world, or what used to be known as the free world. “Canada is ready to take a leadership role in building a coalition of like-minded countries who share our values,” he declared several weeks ago. “We believe in international cooperation. We believe in the free and open exchange of goods, services and ideas. And if the United States no longer wants to lead, Canada will.”

That means open borders, more mass migration into Canada, and more outsourcing of Canadian industries to other countries. Yet many Canadians, with their Pravda-like media (aside from Ezra Levant’s brave and truth-telling Rebel Media), will likely be lulled right back to sleep. They haven’t been told the full implications and logical outcome of what Carney stands for, and they have no idea what’s coming.
Indeed no. I'd read the reports on how the Religion of Peace is growing very quickly in the great white north, and now, thanks to this bizarre lurch back to a socialist situation, it's bound to get worse. It sure will be absurd if the Religion of Peace is the only ideology for which they'll be willing to abandon the LGBT ideology that's become a sad problem in Canada as much as the USA and elsewhere over the past decade or so. Socialist structures are something Islam has taken serious advantage of over time, and now, Canada could be the next victim of the same. And this time it may have been all because the electorate took offense at a petty joke Trump made? Considering his platform was meant to emphasize values you'd think they appreciate, it only makes this whole situation that much more bizarre.

Justin Trudeau resigns as Canada's premier

Finally, after nearly a dozen years of disastrous policies in Canada, prime minister Trudeau has resigned his undeserved position:
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced his resignation on Monday, saying he intends to step down from the top job and as the leader of Canada’s ruling Liberal Party once a new party leader is chosen.

“I intend to resign as party leader, as prime minister, after the party selects its new leader,” the 53-year-old leader told reporters at a news conference in Ottawa on Monday.

Canada’s parliament will be suspended until March 24 while a new Liberal Party leader is chosen, he also said.

Trudeau added that he has “one regret” – failing to reform Canada’s election process, ahead of a general election expected this fall.

“If I have one regret, particularly as we approach this election — well, probably many regrets that I will think of,” the outgoing leader said. “But I do wish we’d been able to change the way we elect our governments in this country so that people could simply choose a second choice, or a third choice on the same ballot.”
And what would those choices be? Maybe an Islamic caliphate, like what all the Moslem immigration to the country could one day lead to? Not to mention the horrific transsexual pandering that's ruined the great white north too? I once discovered Trudeau's father Pierre was a communist sympathiser, and that kind of kowtowing is equally harmful, and did no favors for Canada's reputation.

Trudeau won't be missed as a premier, and it's to be hoped a better government will be elected when the time comes. And if it's Pierre Poliviere, it's to be hoped he'll prove a far better, more responsible leader. Someone has to put a halt to the horrible antisemitism and misogyny that's now plauging Canada.

Update: here's an op-ed about how bad Canada became for Jews and others under Trudeau.

Hollywood releases include one farce and one repellent atrocity

For this season, two movies are premiering that're alternately laughable or disgusting:
Gone are the days of “It’s a Wonderful Life” wholesomeness for Christmas Day in the Hollywood community.

This year’s theatrical releases for December 25 include a film being touted for its explicit sexual content and a gothic horror film remake about a vampire who becomes obsessed with a young woman and takes over her sleep, giving her graphic nightmares.

First up, “Babygirl” starring Nicole Kidman has been generating buzz ever since it was first released following the Toronto International Film Festival in September. The movie’s description says, “A high-powered CEO puts her career and family on the line when she begins a torrid affair with her much younger intern.”

[...] Another movie having a Christmas Day release is “Nosferatu,” a horror film starring Johnny Depp’s 25-year-old daughter Lily-Rose Depp.

The movie, written and directed by Robert Eggers, is a remake of the 1922 silent film by the same name and both are based on Bram Stoker’s “Dracula” novel from 1897.

The description calls it, “A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.”
It's plenty bad the horror genre's become so dominant, and all the while, comedy's been all but kicked to the curb in today's Hollywood. And as for the Kidman starring vehicle, what's so special about a tale of an older woman/younger man affair? Many of these specific filmmakers would no doubt be unwilling by contrast to produce a film about a older man/younger woman affair. We could do without this latest example of what Hollywood hypocrisy led to. The film industry in the USA now is just so creatively bankrupt.

Anti-Israeli terrorism in Canada continues

Canada's authorities continue failing to keep the environment safe for Jews or anybody else (via Breitbart):
Prayer services at Congregation Beth Tikvah were held outdoors Wednesday morning, as the synagogue entrance was taped off after a crude firebomb was thrown through a window overnight.

It’s the second time the building has been attacked in 14 months. The synagogue was the target of a Molotov cocktail in November 2023, one month before Hanukkah. Wednesday’s attack took place one week before the Jewish holiday.[...]

During an inspection at 7:20 a.m., police discovered two windows were smashed in the Federation CJA building [housing local Jewish institutions] across the street. No incendiary objects were found at that location.
Justin Trudeau's condemnations are not enough, and this only marks another example of one of his many failures to protect any innocents in Canada.

Canadian municipality will be hosting a pro-Hamas vigil

In the Ontario city of Missisauga, more examples turn up making clear the province in focus is one of the worst places you could possibly be in Canada (via Jihad Watch):
A vigil for the former Hamas leader in Gaza, Yahya Sinwar, is set to be held at Mississauga’s Celebration Square on November 26. The vigil is also expected to honour other leaders of the Hamas terror group in Gaza who have been killed in the hostilities.

Sinwar, who was killed by Israeli military forces in Gaza on October 26, was one of the most influential figures responsible for the terrorist attacks on southern Israel last year that resulted in the deaths of approximately 1200 people.

The terrorist attacks orchestrated by Sinwar also resulted in over 240 Israelis and foreign nationals being taken hostage, with 97 still remaining unaccounted for.

Despite Sinwar’s past, the event is scheduled to move ahead as planned in Mississauga
beginning at 6pm on November 26. Hamas is designated as a terrorist entity in Canada, sparking questions about whether the event should be permitted.
Well this can certainly contradict whatever "policies" Canada has, if at all, that supposedly object to terrorist-supporting activities on their own soil. In a related subject, two Muslims were arrested for supporting Islamic State and plotting a bombing in Ottawa (also via Jihad Watch):
Two Ottawa teens allegedly plotted to bomb a pro-Israel rally on Parliament Hill before they were arrested by the RCMP, according to documents obtained by Global News.

The boys, both minors, were arrested in December and February over what police called a terrorist plot against the Ottawa Jewish community.

Specifics of their plan were not disclosed at that time, but newly released allegations filed in court detail their suspected target.

“They are alleged to have formed a plan last fall to violently attack Jewish persons in Ottawa, possibly through the detonation of an explosive device at a pro-Israel rally,” the Department of Justice wrote.

No further details were provided, but one of the accused is charged with possession of acetone, oxidizer and metal ball bearings.
This is one more reason the terrorist-worship in Missisauga is obscene. There's no point in visiting Ontario, if anywhere, in Canada.

Canadian university allows convicted terrorist to teach at their campus

The province of Ontario provides another look at how they must be the most corrupt place you could find in the great white north:
A man convicted of terrorism and sentenced to life for his involvement in the murder of four Jews in a French synagogue bombing, is an active Professor of Sociology at a Canadian University, and teaches a course on "social justice in action."

Carleton University in Ottawa stands by Diab, and has worked to prevent his extradition in the past.

Dr Hassan Diab, a Lebanese terrorist, was convicted by a French court over his involvement in a 1980 bombing that killed four people and injured 46 outside the Rue Copernic reform synagogue in Paris
.

Diab fled to Canada, and after being arrested in 2008, entered into a six-year legal battle to avoid being extradited to France. However, Diab was extradited in 2014, but after two years in prison, a judge allowed him to be released to house arrest. He escaped to Canada on the same day.

The subsequent trial was held in absentia, and the court unanimously ruled that Diab was guilty and he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
I get the strange feeling the judge released him deliberately. Considering how much corruption runs amok in French politics, it wouldn't be shocking if that were the case.
Despite the international arrest warrant against him, Diab will be teaching a sociology course this year at Carleton University in Ottawa.

The sons of one of the victims of the bombing, Aliza Shragir, an Israeli TV presenter, said that reinstating Diab as a lecturer was "outrageous."

"It is outrageous that an academic institution that is supposed to promote values of equality and justice decided to employ a cold-blooded murderer, who was unanimously convicted in a court in France. Apparently carrying out a murderous terrorist act against a Jewish target does not go against the values of Carleton University,"
the sons said in a statement.

Idit Shamir, the Israeli consul general in Toronto, Idit Shamir, called the decision "unconscionable" in a post to her X/Twitter.

"Hassan Diab, the terrorist who murdered my friend’s mother, Aliza Shagrir, before his eyes in the 1980 Paris synagogue bombing still lectures at Canada’s @Carleton_U."

"A French court gave him life for murdering 4 souls & maiming 46. Yet Carleton University rewards him with a teaching position?"

"This isn't just a failure of justice," Shamir added. "It's spitting on the graves of Jewish victims."
At the moment, Canada's the country that's looking bad as a result of this travesty of justice, along with Carleton university. That the government doesn't extradite him back to France speaks volumes of what's wrong with Canadian law and politics.

Antisemitic caricature of Netanyahu published in Canadian paper

Canadian news sources demonstrate once again how the great white north is becoming a most unappealing place (via Jihad Watch):
A caricature of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as the vampire in the movie Nosferatu was published by French-Canadian newspaper La Presse on Wednesday, resulting in accusations of antisemitism and a retraction by the Montreal outlet.

“Nosfenyahou, on the way to Rafah,” placed the face of Netanyahu on the body of the blood-sucking Count Orlok in one of the 1922 horror movie’s famous stills.

“Shame on La Presse for posting this vile caricature,”
said the Israeli embassy to Canada. “The antisemitism in Canada is off the chart.”
The paper may have apologized, but they could've avoided publishing the repulsive caricature in the first place if they wanted to. They've only prolonged a horrible situation that continues to be most insufferable.

Alberta, CN bans sex changes for minors

The government of the Canadian province of Alberta has made an important step in curbing transsexual ideology that's particularly come at the expense of women:
Danielle Smith, the premiere of the Canadian province of Alberta, has announced a new policy regarding transgenders that opposes Canada's federal policy.

According to the new policy, sex-change operations in all portions of the body will be forbidden for minors under the age of 17.

Hormone blockers will be forbidden those below the age of 15, and providing them to individuals between 16 and 17 years of age will require parental consent
.

The government of Alberta will require teachers to alert parents before teaching any class involving gender, sexual orientation, or sex education.

Parental consent will be required for any change of name or gender pronoun by students below the age of 15, and require parents to be notified for students between the ages of 16 and 17
.

The premier has also instituted that female athletes may choose to participate in competitions consisting exclusively of women, and not transgenders.
What Justin Trudeau enabled fully contradicts his alleged credentials as a "male feminist", but it's far from surprising when people like him end up allowing creepy stuff like what we're seeing now. And all the while, no doubt, Muslims are largely exempt from these monstrosities. It's worth noting that Trudeau, much like Joe Biden, is now looking for excuses to draw moral equivalence between Israeli "extremist settlers" and Islamofascists, and that's simply offensive. Yet LGBT extremists like the ones who led to what even Canada wound up suffering from, are not considered a genuine problem by sharp contrast.

Chechnya taking in Muslims from Gaza

Well, this is most intriguing. The autocrat of a region circa Russia that's Muslim-majority is taking in Mohammedans from the Gaza strip:
Chechen dictator Ramzan Kadyrov announced this week that his majority-Muslim Russian republic will construct a "Palestinian village" for refugees from the Gaza Strip.

Kadyrov, a close associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin, laid the cornerstone for the establishment of the village that will accommodate the refugees
. The hamlet will be built in Chechnya's capital Grozny, in the vicinity of schools and kindergartens, and will include five residential buildings with 35 apartments each with a total living space of roughly 45,000 square feet.

Family members of refugees who do not hold Russian citizenship received a passport and citizenship upon arrival. Kadyrov also announced that each family will receive 100,000 rubles (1,100$) in financial assistance.

According to Russian-born Israeli social activist Alex Tenzer, about 1,124 refugees have arrived in Russia from Gaza so far since the start of the war, with most of them settling in Muslim-majority areas, such as Chechnya and Dagestan.

The first group of refugees has already been taken in by Chechnya, which has announced that it is ready to take in about 250 more refugees. Kadyrov himself met with some of them, and said that 30 refugees have already been accepted for employment in the health sector, while the rest are now taking courses to learn the Russian language.

Last month, Canada announced that it intends to ease the criteria for accepting relatives of Canadian citizens and residents living in Gaza. However, Canada made it clear that the exit from Gaza depends on Israel's approval, and warned that leaving the area could be dangerous. According to Canadian Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister Mark Miller, hundreds of people will be able to resettle in the country under the program.
Whatever one thinks of Canada, they're certainly less lucky. As is the public in Russia proper, recalling it may have been reported there's some Muslims who went directly there as well. One can only wonder if Putin's preparing a poison "gift" for the Russian populace for after he's gone.

This news does give an idea of what European and other countries who're more realist might want to encourage their own Muslim populations to do, and move to places like Chechnya and Dagestan instead. And who knows, that might be just what'll happen in the future. If the Gazan Muslims move to those areas in the meantime, it's quite fine. We do not need any of the worst Islamic-influenced bigots dwelling here, as Ron deSantis would surely agree.

Here's more on this news at the Jerusalem Post and Jewish Press.

Perverts in Canada allow transsexual man to swim with underaged teen girls

Canada continues to try and ape the USA when it comes to transsexual ideology, and men who exploit it for the sake of demeaning women. This is particularly egregious:
A Canadian swimming competition allowed a trans-identified 50-year-old biological male to compete against teenage girls over this past weekend in Toronto.

Nicholas J. Cepeda, also known as "Melody Wiseheart," competed against girls aged 13 and 14 in the Richmond Hill Aquatic Centre's Fall Classic swimming competition at Markham Pan Am Centre on Oct. 20, according to Rebel News. Cepeda is a member of the Orangeville Otters Swim Club.

While the Pan Am Centre initially denied that the 50-year-old man was competing against teenage girls, documents obtained by the outlet reveal otherwise.

According to the competition schedule, Cepeda competed under the name "Melody Wisehart" in the Heat 3 race, which lists Wisehart's age at 50, while the rest of the competitors are listed between the ages of 13 and 14.

Cepeda notably placed last when he was up against 15-17 year old girls.
Even if he ran out of luck against older teens due to his age, it's still no excuse. Was he allowed to enter the dressing rooms with any of them? That's the chilling part; it's entirely possible. And all the sexism that led to this stems from the same kind of mindsets that enable antisemitism to boot. Ontario once again takes the cake for surely being the worst place you could be in Canada.
