House members want investigation of Border Patrol/Mexican info sharing

But there's one part here that's troubling: what's Darrell Issa doing among them? From The Daily Bulletin (via Hot Air):
Congressional leaders Thursday called on the Department of Homeland Security to investigate reports that U.S. Customs and Border Protection has given information to the Mexican government about the locations of U.S. civilian border watch groups.

California Reps. Duncan Hunter, R-El Cajon, and Darryl Issa, R-Vista, along with Texas Rep. John Culberson, R-Houston, sent a formal letter to DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff asking for a full investigation into all circumstances and events related to civilian border observation groups and the Mexican government.
While it's good if members of Congress are asking for an investigation into this scandal, I don't like seeing that Issa, who's got a very bad record of deeds, is among them. After all, didn't he also support the attempted seaport deal with Dubai three months ago? (And one can only wonder if he also supports the one with Doncasters, which succeeded so far in flying over many people's heads.) This is not someone whom you want working on serious cases like this, so be on the lookout, because Issa could be up to no good.

In related news, Michelle Malkin went to the National Cryptologic Museum in Maryland for a special report on the history of the NSA that gives a positive perspective about it, much better than what the horrible MSM is giving. Video podcast is here.
