Europe need not feel alone in how Islamofascists are ultra-represented in crimes, including rapes.* In the US, illegal immigrants too are grossly represented in crime statistics. The following report (via View from the Right), I must warn in advance, is utterly repugnant, so proceed at your own risk:

ATLANTA -- Police have recovered a red vehicle they believe may be tied to Monday's murder of 9-year-old Jordin Paulder.

Officials say they believe the car was stolen.

A Fulton County police officer shot and killed a man after a child was killed with an ax on Monday.

Fulton County police spokesman Gary Syblis says authorities were called to the scene where a nine-year-old child was found outside with an ax in his face Monday evening.

Police said the man they killed -- 22-year-old Santos Cabrera of Sandy Springs -- has a criminal record. For most of the day Tuesday, authorities said they were sure Cabrera was the man who struck the child.

Later Tuesday, though, Atlanta Police Lieutenant Dexter White said authorities were unsure and were still investigating.

The boy, Jordin Paulder, was playing with two other children outside an apartment complex when a car pulled up around 8:20 p.m. Monday.

According to a police report, the boy called out to the people in the car to say that something was wrong with one of the vehicle's wheels.

The report says one of the occupants of the car then made an obscene gesture. When the boy tried to tell the people he was just trying to help them, a man got out of the car and struck him in the face with an ax.

While on the scene, an officer approached a man -- Cabrera -- who was acting suspiciously. Cabrera ran across the street to an apartment complex, where he threw a tire at the officer, breaking the officer's arm.

Syblis says Cabrera then came at the officer, swinging a piece of metal.

That's when the officer opened fire, shooting Cabrera three times. He died at a hospital.

Paulder also died after being taken to the hospital.

Now there's no definate proof at the moment that the demon who did this was an illegal immigrant. But as Lawrence Auster argues, this symbolizes the breakdown of society:

Cabrera was probably an illegal alien. But whether he was illegal or “legal,” this horrible event is symbolic of the breakdown of society, the murder of our culture, that is being brought about by the mass immigration of aliens into our country who don’t belong here, by the intrusion of different and totally incompatible realities into ours. Boy playing on street. Car comes up. Boy speaks in a normal, helpful way to the people in the car. But the people in the car are not normal. They’re aliens from hell. And one of them gets out and drives an ax into the boy’s face. Because the boy spoke to him like a normal human being. Because the boy—and America as a whole—assumed that everyone is like us.

Already I can hear the Alan Colmeses of the world say that I’m saying that all immigrants are murderers. Of course not. But I am saying that our present immigration is the murder/suicide of our country. Which is a fact. And that murder/suicide of our country, because it involves the systematic breakdown of everything we are, of our borders, our laws, our national identity, of our ability to define and enforce any limits, also happens to involve lots of individual murders as well. How many Americans have been killed, raped, or otherwise victimized by illegal aliens?

Back in April, Michelle Malkin wrote about one who committed many crimes, yet was just simply sent back across the border, on the assumption that Mexico would ensure his prosecution and imprisonment. The name of this monster, scarily enough, is Angel Resendiz, and his crimes included rape, murder with weapons such as a fire iron, a sledgehammer, and his victims included even a pastor and a teacher.

Last week, a notorious illegal alien serial killer who traipsed freely across the U.S.-Mexican border during a 25-year, escalating crime spree popped up in the news again. The case of Angel Resendiz, a convicted death row murderer in President Bush's home state of Texas, is a timely reminder of the deadly costs of our continued homeland security chaos.

Time and again, illegal alien day laborer Resendiz broke the law getting into our country; broke more laws while in the country; and then broke the law repeatedly and brazenly after being released, deported, and allowed to return. His most brutal acts included the slayings of 12 people, ranging in age from 16 to 81, which ended in 1999 when Resendiz surrendered to a Texas Ranger in El Paso. For the last seven years, Resendiz has been perched comfortably on Death Row — eating chocolate cream pies, watching Spanish-language television, whining about depression, and selling locks of his hair on Internet auction sites.

His execution, scheduled for May 10, has been delayed pending yet another of his endless appeals claiming to be "insane."

As I recounted in my book Invasion, Resendiz entered and exited our country at will. From the time he was 14, he racked up arrests and convictions ranging from trespassing, destruction of property, burglary, aggravated batter, and grand theft auto to carrying a loaded firearm and false representation of U.S. citizenship. He had at least 25 encounters with U.S. law enforcement between August 1976 and August 1996, when he was arrested and released for trespassing in a Kentucky railyard.

During that period, he was convicted at least nine times on several serious felon charges. He was deported to Mexico by the feds at least three times and was "voluntarily returned" to Mexico at least four times without formal proceedings. Throughout 1998, the Border Patrol continued its blind catch-and-release policy — apprehending Resendiz seven times and letting him go on his own recognizance despite his massive criminal record and three prior deportations. Shoddy fingerprint databases, immigration paperwork negligence, and unpoliced borders led to:

• The bludgeoning death of Florida teenager Jesse Howell and the rape and strangulation murder of his fiancé, Wendy Von Huben.
• The bludgeoning death of University of Kentucky student Christopher Maier and the rape and near-murder of his girlfriend, who survived the attack.
• The murder of Leafie Mason, an elderly Texas whom Resendiz hammered to death with a fire iron.
• The rape, stabbing, and bludgeoning death of Baylor College of Medicine researcher Claudia Benton.
• The sledgehammer bludgeonings of Texas pastor Norman Sirnic and his wife, Karen.
• The bludgeoning death of Houston teacher Noemi Dominguez.
• The murder of elderly Texas widow Josephine Konvicka, who was killed with a grubbing hoe.
• The murders of George Morber, shot in the head, and Carolyn Frederick, clubbed to death.

The last four of Resendiz's victims were murdered after Resendiz had been released by federal immigration officials — even though there were already warrants outstanding for his arrest.

It's now June, and I should hope he's been sent to face God's Law. I think an argument can be made here that, when sadistic crimes like these are committed, the perpetrators should be subject to local law procedures regardless of whether they're citizens or not.

City Journal (via One Hand Clapping) reported in Winter 2004 that:

Some of the most violent criminals at large today are illegal aliens. Yet in cities where the crime these aliens commit is highest, the police cannot use the most obvious tool to apprehend them: their immigration status. In Los Angeles, for example, dozens of members of a ruthless Salvadoran prison gang have sneaked back into town after having been deported for such crimes as murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and drug trafficking. Police officers know who they are and know that their mere presence in the country is a felony.

In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.

A confidential California Department of Justice study reported in 1995 that 60 percent of the 20,000-strong 18th Street Gang in southern California is illegal; police officers say the proportion is actually much greater. The bloody gang collaborates with the Mexican Mafia, the dominant force in California prisons, on complex drug-distribution schemes, extortion, and drive-by assassinations, and commits an assault or robbery every day in L.A. County. The gang has grown dramatically over the last two decades by recruiting recently arrived youngsters, most of them illegal, from Central America and Mexico.

The leadership of the Columbia Lil’ Cycos gang, which uses murder and racketeering to control the drug market around L.A.’s MacArthur Park, was about 60 percent illegal in 2002, says former assistant U.S. attorney Luis Li. Francisco Martinez, a Mexican Mafia member and an illegal alien, controlled the gang from prison, while serving time for felonious reentry following deportation.

But most important of all, it's to be noted that, many of the illegal immigrants in the American continent may come from Central and South America, and I wrote at least one posting here myself on how chaotic the scene is on the lower end of the continent. Yes, South America is known for having a serious problem with drug traffiking, rapes, bloody shootings and murders, among other horrible crimes. And that's where many of the illegal aliens come from. It's not just Mexico's own natives who're breaking and entering, and they probably don't even make up more than a fraction of the invaders.

To understand what's made any illegals into tyrants, one needs to look at what a war zone South America is like, and how many illegal immigrants could've begun their tyranny on the South American crime scene before taking their vicious trade across the borders of the US, with El Presindente Fox possibly enabling them, so long as they don't litter up Mexico and add to their own problems as well.

South America is in dire need of repairs, especially social ones, and only then will it be possible to clean up the crime scene there.

* Speaking of which, even in the US, it's quite possible that rapes perpetrated by Muslims may have taken place, in this case, by black Muslims, who number far more than Arab/Pakistani ones. I once mentioned one from Oakland, California, the crimelord Yusuf Ali Bey, in one of my earlier postings, and he committed a few very grisly ones himself. It wouldn't surprise me if there were any criminal gangs in America whose members included black Muslims who'd committed rapes against women in the US, whether individually or in gangs, and if research were done on the subject, it's possible that you'd find quite a few who did.
