I don't know if Kim Jong-Il is as savage as Iran's own despots, currently led by Ahmedinejad, but that still doesn't make the tyrant of North Korea any less dangerous. NK is now testing missile launching, and Senator Brownback from Kansas is rightfully worried.
The current news is that Jong-Il may have more Taepodong-2 missiles at his disposal. This is certainly something that'll need to be dealt with, but if you ask me, we should not allow this to divert our attention from Iran, which is also doing missile testing.
