Much too late

Thanks to Ehud Olmert's policy of "restraint" in the face of terrorism, two boys in Sderot were wounded by kassam rocket shrapnel yesterday. Olmert is going to hold a discussion on the matter today, but it's much too late.

Now I don't think much of Amir Peretz, but, he's certainly right when he says that we shouldn't gamble with the lives of citizens in Sderot, where he's also a resident. In that case, maybe he should think about leaving the government in protest if Olmert is going to undermine as he's been for some time now.
