IDF reenters Gaza
(IsraelNN.com) IDF troops entered Gaza Wednesday afternoon to pursue terrorists who had been planting a bomb near the security fence. If the IDF is now being allowed to make a convincing pursuit of terrorists and make a full-scale operation, that'll be a good thing.
The soldiers opened fire, killing one of the terrorists and injuring another. A third man was apprehended. All were members of the Islamic Jihad terror group. The terrorists detonated two bombs during the exchange, but failed to injure any Israeli security personnel.
In a related development, there was a solidarity march today in Sderot, with at least 1,500 people taking part.
