Justice delayed is justice denied

And it's terrible to discover that one of the defendants in murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom has had his trial delayed (via Michelle Malkin).
Let's be clear here. That monster should be convicted as quickly as the other culprits were, and the case should not be slowed down. Unfortunately, it appears that once again, what we have here is another improper use of the system, when these monsters should really be dealt with immediately. And they should recieve the death sentence for the sadistic crime.
