Bolton: “The United States fiddled while Georgia burned”

John Bolton says in the UK Telegraph (via Hot Air) that the US did not act strongly enough in their response to Russia's attack on Georgia. But even the European Union hasn't exactly acted properly on the issue, and Russia, if the following news is any indication, isn't likely to respect their demands to cut out the antagonism.
