Sarah Palin's private email was hacked

This is an absolute outrage. Michelle Malkin reports that some pure nutroots have hacked into Sarah Palin's Yahoo account and stolen family photos and even Bristol Palin's cellphone data from her account, and a terrible site called Gawker posted the info on their pages. Art Voice and Wired have more.
As Michelle rightfully makes clear, hacking e-mail is a federal offense, punishable by at least five years in prison.
Palin Derangement Syndrome has reached a pure low now, as this shows that leftists are willing to commit federal crimes to achieve their goals. The criminals who committed this offense must be caught and jailed and made to pay considerable fines for their crime.
Update: here is more on the case. Here's also some info on what Gawker is really like, which makes the second poster in the comments an apologist, and the first poster isn't doing much better.
Update 2: Power Line finds the AP Wire, scum that they are, covering for the leftists who committed the crime and construing this all as just more grounds for criticism of Palin. Why are the AP still around, I wonder? They are bottom of the barrel.
Update 3: It seems that the AP Wire is refusing to help the authorities to find the hacker. Fortunately, the operator of a browser proxy service used by the hacker will offer help.
Others rightfully outraged at this news include Wake Up America, Fullosseous Flap, Little Green Footballs, Conservative247, Shadydowns Soapbox, Macsmind, Neoconstant, Ace of Spades HQ, Jeffrey Setaro, Sarah Palin Blog, a special volunteer site, Hot Air, The Jawa Report, Politico (plus, another one), Wizbang, The Anchoress, The American Thinker, Ed Driscoll, Gunservatively, Patterico.
