Strategic chess move: McCain suspends his campaign to deal with economic crisis
John McCain is suspending his campaign to return to Washington to deal with the financial crisis (via Hot Air).
As Paul at Power Line says, this seems like a good move, and I hope it does help. This way, if Barack Obama doesn't agree to do the same, he could be seen as refusing to put the "country first." The economy certainly does need focus in order to help stand erect again.
