What gives, Hawaii?
If the Islamic religion, as revealed by this survey in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin (via The American Thinker), has a very low following in Hawaii, then why is the legislation approving of "Islam day" of all religions they could celebrate?
Andrew Bolt says that this will not be repeated after 2009. Let's hope not, but that still doesn't mean they should be approving of this in the first place. Those who opposed it because of the RoP's role in 9-11 are absolutely correct.
Update: The Daily Sentinel and Jihad Watch are both asking a good question: why is the ACLU silent about this?
