Iran's "election" unlikely to change anything

Con Coughlin writes about the upcoming Iranian elections in the Wall Street Journal, and why there's little to no chance it'll change anything. And why? Because only candidates vetted by the ruling Islamic clerics have been allowed to take part. And these are mostly candidates with ties to the Ayatollah Khomeini and Supreme Leader Khamenei.
