Frivolous motion dismissed
In our latest news on the Rifqa Bary case, the judge has tossed out the motion her parents filed to set aside the dependency declaration; good news indeed (Hat tip: Extra Thoughts).
That leaves at least two things a problem for now: whether CAIR's agents know the address of her foster home, and, her legal immigration status. Her lawyers are seeking a special visa for this reason.
Update: on this topic at What's Wrong with the World, one of the commentors makes a good point that characters like Rifqa's parents should be deported. I fully agree, and there should be more calls made to that effect.
