Participated in bloggers conference with Nathan & Aliza Lewin
I just took part in another bloggers conference by One Jerusalem with attorneys Nathan & Aliza Lewin, who are working on the case of Menachem Zivotofsky, whose passport the State Dept. has refused to list as born in Israel, despite Congress' instructions in 2002 to do so. Here is a PDF of the details. The Supreme Court has thankfully agreed to hear the case, despite the Obama administration's attempt to dissuade them.
