Mumia abu-Jamal's death penalty dropped

A tragedy of justice has occurred: the district attorney in Pennsylvania will no longer pursue the death penalty against cop-murderer Mumia abu-Jamal, in a case that was atrociously delayed for 3 decades (Hat tip: Michelle Malkin).
One of the most disgusting things about this is how the justice system kept caving to repeated appeal hearings all these years, and the worst part is how Daniel Faulkner's wife and family have had to put up with this farce for such a long time. The justice system is in serious need of repair, and something needs to be done to combat all the leftist monsters who've been wrongfully turning abu-Jamal into a cause celebre.
