Sharia imposed by a Muslim judge in Pennsylvania
Atlas Shrugs has info for where to contact the judiciary panel who can investigate and impeach the judge - and he most definitely should be for his astounding abuse of the law. Here's the homepage to turn as well. Martin cannot be allowed to abuse the law as blatantly as he is, and should be removed from his position ASAP.
Fred Grandy and Frank Gaffney also discuss this on Secure Freedom Radio. And here's more at Power Line.
In some good news, anti-sharia legislation is advancing across the US, as David Yerushalmi's concept is accepted in at least 3 more states. As this case shows, Pennsylvania is seriously in need of the bill too.
Update: Andrew McCarthy at National Review says that upon further checking, it's possible that Mark Martin may not be a Muslim, but he sure does have a very disturbing personality, and his use of a vulgar insult is very inappropriate for someone in a professional job. One more reason why he should be impeached. Here's another post about this here too.
Update 2: Pamela Geller writes about this for the Daily Caller, and notes that Perce has also received many death threats since this case took place.
Update 3: on The American Thinker, Perce says that he'll be organizing a protest against the judge, and should certainly file an official complaint against him with the judiciary panel. More on the subject at Hot Air.
