Adam Turner at Big Peace writes about how, even if Israel released certain terrorists very unwisely as seen during the exchange for Gilad Shalit, the DOJ should still seek to prosecute them, and there is a special legal unit for doing it, the Office of Justice for Victims of Overseas Terrorism.
