Nobody can stay quiet about Beit Shemesh's chaos

Beit Shemesh resident Shalom Hammer's written about how the city under mayorship of Moshe Abutbul's become a basic failure, what with extremist Haredi groups antagonizing anyone they consider not worthy of their beliefs (mainly women), and they've even failed to integrate some of the black Ethiopian immigrants properly.
Abutbul clearly is unsuited for being mayor of the city, and is even worse than Jerusalem's own former Haredi mayor Uri Lupolianski, who was himself indicted in the Holy Land real estate trial.
