Meni Naftali's record of sexual harrassment
A former employee at the Prime Minister's Residence has come forward with sexual harassment complaints against her boss there, Meni Naftali, who recently won a lawsuit against the Prime Minister's Office after complaining of "an abusive employment environment."This is very disturbing, and proves that once again, there's law officials involved who're deliberately biased against Sara Netanyahu simply because of whom she's married to. It also proves that there's an acceptance of sexual abuse running around based on political positions. It's going to have to be confronted, and soon.
Svetlana Gorodetsky, 51, spoke to Israel Hayom about her state of mind since the harassment: "I have read accounts of abuse against a 13-year-old girl, and it pained me. I have to be strong for her as well, for all young women, for teenagers as well. This is not just my struggle, it is the struggle of all women."
Gorodetsky's story was first published by Maariv newspaper last March. On Wednesday, Maariv's Kalman Libeskind revealed that it has been nine months since she filed a police complaint, and the case has not yet been investigated.
