Female knifer stopped in Jerusalem

A Muslim girl was subdued before she could cause serious harm:

A teenage Arab girl attempted to carry out a stabbing attack against security forces near Jerusalem's Isawiya neighborhood on Friday afternoon, police reported.

Security forces subdued the attacker without firing shots and later arrested her.

There were no injuries to the Israeli side in the incident.

According to initial investigations, the 15-year-old girl from the Arab neighborhood of Isawyia approached Border Police officers stationed near a gas station in the French Hill area and brandished a knife attempting to the stab forces.

Authorities were questioning the teen.

Another somebody who tried to throw her life away, and it remains to be seen if she'll ever get psychological counseling in jail.
