EU may withhold funding from PLO for publishing hatemongering textbooks in schools

The European Union looks like they're willing to start moving away from the PLO:
European Parliament Budgetary Committee voted to freeze over 15 million euros from the Palestinian Authority (PA) if they do not remove incitement from their textbooks, The Jerusalem Post reported.It's about time they stopped abusing public tax credits, all the while bringing in Muslims to Europe and endangering the continent so badly. This'll hopefully be a good start at setting a better example.
[...] If passed, the report continues, the European Union (EU) – the largest single donor to the PA – will withhold 15,440,597 euros from the PA until it makes the necessary changes, the report continues.
“The textbooks published by the PA in 2017, which are financed by the EU…contain, across all subjects, numerous examples of violent depictions, hate speech – in particular against Israel – and glorifications of jihad and martyrdom. As has already been pointed out by Parliament in its resolution on the 2016 budget discharge (par. 272), EU-financed teaching and training programs should reflect common values,” the bill states.

I thank-and-praise the G*D-of-Israel for
this unexpected step in the correct direction!
BUT, even if the Palestinian Authority (PA)
removed ALL incitement and hate from their
school-textbooks, these three problems still remain:
[1] Islam’s most sacred writings – the
Koran and Hadiths – are filled
with incitement and hate against Jews, many times.
[2] Islam’s most sacred writings – the
Koran and Hadiths – are filled
with incitement and hate and violence against
ALL non-Muslims, many times.
[3] In the Arab world and the Muslim world,
one of the most-popular and most-often-read books
is THE PROTOCOLS OF THE ELDERS OF ZION,
that infamous anti-Jewish forgery and fraud that
refuses to die, despite having been refuted decades ago.
In fact, bookstores throughout the Arab world
and the Muslim world are filled with anti-Jewish
hate-books that would be unacceptable in America,
or even in Europe.
