London police won't call stabbing on train a terrorist attack

There was a stabbing on a train in London's Hackney district, which is mostly on the east side of the city and, like much of the rest of the side, is on its way to becoming Muslim:
There was a mass panic and “stampede” after a man was stabbed in broad daylight on a London train, by an attacker allegedly screaming “I will kill you” whilst brandishing a 12-inch blade.Presumably because the man wasn't murdered? That's one of the biggest errors in judgement made by authorities, and it's precisely why they're losing the war on terrorism.
One man was hospitalised and another arrested for attempted murder after what British Transport Police called a “serious stabbing” on a London Overground train at Hackney Central station shortly after 6 pm Tuesday. [...]
The victim was rushed to hospital with “a serious stab wound” police explained, adding that he is now in a stable condition and the incident is “not being treated as terror-related”.
