Though the number of infected people has gone down considerably, there's still some notable cases in the Haredi community itself, such as this case at a kindergarten:

Nearly 100 haredi kindergarteners were ordered into isolation this week in two separate cases, after a teacher’s aide and a kindergarten teacher who came into contact with the students tested positive for the coronavirus.

Thirty children from the Talmud Torah Hachmat Shlomo in Jerusalem have been placed in isolation after a teacher’s assistant at the school was diagnosed with the coronavirus, Kikar Hashabbat reported Monday morning.

The teacher’s assistant showed signs of illness just days after the school reopened.

According to a statement by the Jerusalem municipality, the teacher’s assistant came into contact with two groups of students, all of whom have been placed in isolation until next week.

I'm assuming the instructors didn't get a proper health check before heading back to school. Typical irresponsibility on the part of some of these insularists. They'd better start making improvements if they don't want to continue with all these lockdowns and emergency situations.

Since we're on the subject, some Israeli institutions found a form of medicine that can treat the Corona illness effectively:

Derivatives of two drugs designed to treat Gaucher’s disease have been shown to be effective against Coronavirus (COVID-19) and may be useful in future outbreaks, the Israel Institute for Biological Research (IIBR) in Ness Ziona revealed Tuesday (Antiviral activity of Glucosylceramide synthase inhibitors against SARS-CoV-2 and other RNA virus infections).

As part of efforts at the IIBR to detect large-scale effective antiviral drugs, the Institute’s scientists have tested two drug derivatives, originally developed for patients with Gaucher’s disease.

It's good if more medical drugs are being developed for dealing with Covid. That way, things can hopefully return to normal soon.
