CAIR insults the victims of Flight 93
WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today dismissed Rep. Tom Tancredo's (R-CO) comments on the design of a memorial to those aboard a plane that crashed in Pennsylvania on 9/11 as a cynical political ploy designed to gain national attention. (See: http://tancredo.house.gov/)This terror-funding organization totally obscures the fact that the airplane had been hijacked by Islamic terrorists working for the al Qaeda, whom they themselves have been providing funding for, and in doing so, CAIR has insulted the victims, and committed something akin to saying "I hate you" to the victims.
Perhaps they don't realize it, but, CAIR has done exactly what they say that Tancredo is doing: they're bringing themselves into - and under - the public eye for scrutiny, and if that's how they're going to keep at it, then you can be sure that quite a few people are going to be getting madder and madder by the minute.
As if this weren't bad enough, as Narcissistic view on News/Politics reveals, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has run a pre-emptive "you're a bigot if you oppose this design" article. The citizens of Pittsburgh deserve much better than what this newspaper is foisting upon them.
