Hamas should not even be told to reform. They should only be outlawed and destroyed

Recently, the Canadian government froze aid the PLO, becoming one of the first donors to do so. But there's one little thing I must take issue with here:
Canada’s Conservative government said last month that for funding to continue, Hamas would also have to renounce violence against Israel and agree to stick to the terms of previous peace deals between the two sides. Hamas rejects such demands.
They may reject the Canadian government's demands, but, here's the problem: is the Canadian government saying that, upon any official announcement of "reform", that Canada would recognize them instantaneously? "BOING! Recognition granted." Is that it?

Now aside from the fact that any such announcement would be phony, what's wrong with this? Simply put, it's the fact that the Hamas is an enemy of North America as it is of Israel. And if so, then why did US Congress also go along and say that they would recognize the Hamas provided that they reform? Because, as the New York Sun (Via IRIS Blog) reported recently:
Hamas praised the killing of thousands of Americans in the attacks of September 11, 2001, while saying Muslims could not have been involved - a similar response to those of other groups in the Middle East. "Allah has answered our prayers," Dr. Atallah Abu Al-Subh wrote in an open letter titled "To America," which appeared September 13, 2001, in the Hamas mouthpiece Al-Risala. "The airplanes were [controlled] by the Jews," Hamas activist Yussef Al-'Azam wrote in the Hamas newspaper Al-Sabil on October 4, 2001. "Were the eradication of its Marines in Lebanon, the destruction of its military headquarters at Khobar in Saudi Arabia, the destruction of the USS Cole in Yemen, the bombing of its embassies in Zambia [sic] and in Kenya, and the attacks on its soldiers in the Gulf...not sufficient? The U.S. should have learned the lessons of history," the editor of Al-Risala, Dr. Ghazi Hamad, wrote days after 9/11.
Now is this the kind of entity that sensible Americans and Canadians want recognized by their government? Let's be clear, just like this is an enemy of Israel, this is also an enemy of America, and to recognize them at all would be a betrayal of America's citizens just as much as Israel's. And that's why, simply put, they should NOT be recognized at all. Period. Also important to note is that, because of their murderous actions until today, they do not deserve to be politicians, and have lost any right or justification for being in positions of power.

One more reason why Americans should be offended that now, the US administration is increasing funding for the PLO, claiming that the funds they're sending out are going through the UNRWA. And the UNRWA, as IRIS Blog shows here, is involved in collaborations with terrorists. All concerned would be advised to contact Congress to see if they can deal with the case.
