Human Rights Watch clearly pre-determined their positions

Zombietime shows how Human Rights Watch is clearly biased in favor of the Hezbollah and other of Israel's enemies in a weak report they gave on the IAF supposedly targeting ambulances for the wrong reasons (Hat tip: Michelle Malkin). See also this entry and this one from Al-Hamatzav, which has some good questions to offer as well.
If I'm correct, is HRW an affiliate of Amnesty International? I'm not sure just now, but in any case, they're just as worthless.
