The elections committee has accepted an appeal by Likud candidate Ophir Akunis to move Moshe Feiglin down to the 35th slot. Which is okay with me. Maybe it'll teach Feiglin to mind his manners and be less unpredictably irrational. Update: Caroline Glick spoke about Feiglin at least a year ago and discussed the problems she and even Natan Sharansky have with him. I'd suggest some of those who support Feiglin consider what she says, because if Feiglin is going to resort to crude language, that's not exactly setting a good example. Feiglin hasn't learned a lesson from our Jewish tradition: "Life and death are in the hands of the tongue."

Pakistan says they've banned a charity linked with the Mumbai attacks. Frankly, with the way they're already going downhill, I doubt it.
Is Portugal now becoming suicidal? They're offering to take in any Guantanamo detainees who can't go back to their home countries (Hat tip: Hot Air).
Harry Reid is scared that a Republican could win the Illinois Senate seat vacated by Obama following the gigantic scandal Blagojevich led to (also via Hot Air). Suggestion to Reid: don't consider politics the most desperate thing to lose your mind over. Take a vacation in the Bahamas. It'll help you relax.
In Britain, Oxford University Press has removed words associated with Christianity and British history from a children's dictionary they're publishing (Hat tip: Marxist By-Products). Once again, it's a sad case of multi-culti run amok.
