US State Dept. won't say whether Jerusalem is Israel's capitol

The Weekly Standard (via One Jerusalem) reports that the State Dept's spokeperson Victoria Nuland refused to say whether Jerusalem is Israel's capitol, instead implying that the city is merely up for grabs in more of those "negotiations" with the PLO. Another sign of the contempt the Obama administration has for Israel's capitol.
