Walid Shoebat: deportation of Saudi national suggests a coverup

Walid Shoebat (via Jihad Watch) has a picture of the Saudi man caught at the Boston Marathon bombing looking very unconcerned at the hospital and says there's a potential coverup going on. Update: now, according to this information, the suspect "was" set for deportation, at least until the news broke. Does this mean they've come to their senses?
