A haredi Israeli man in his thirties was stabbed multiple times outside Damascus Gate in east Jerusalem Wednesday night by two Arab men, police said.They did riot by committing sick violence against an innocent pedestrian. I hope the 2 pieces of filth are caught.
According to police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld, at approximately 9:30 p.m. the unidentified victim was accosted by the two suspects, who proceeded to stab him in the abdomen. The victim was walking home from the Western Wall via Damascus Gate.
“The victim was stabbed in the stomach with a large knife and the suspects then fled the area,” said Rosenfeld. “A large number of police units are actively searching different areas around Damascus Gate for the suspects who carried out the attack.”
The victim was subsequently rushed to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, where has been listed in moderate condition.
Tensions among Arabs and Jews remained heightened Tuesday during Tisha Be’av and Ramadan after hundreds of Jews were denied entry to the Temple Mount earlier in the day in observance of the annual day of mourning, following threats of Arab rioting.
