Obama calls jihad at kosher market "random" attack
Obama’s remark appears in an interview with Matt Yglesias of Vox.com. The president calls the attackers “violent, vicious zealots who behead people or randomly shoot a bunch of folks in a deli in Paris.” He elides past the religion of the attackers or the victims in an attack that claimed four innocent lives. He won't even call it an anti-semitic attack. And this was not a deli, but a whole supermarket. And that's just one more reason why it'd be better for Netanyahu not to meet with him in Washington next month. Nor did John Boehner have to inform the White House in advance that he wanted to invite Netanyahu to Capitol Hill. If this is how Obama's going to discuss serious issues, then there's no need to please such a pretentious politician.
