Even Haredi women have fallen victim to Shmuel Rabinowitz's poor management

Israel National News says a group of Haredi women fell victim to the same tactics at the Western Wall used when Women of the Wall turned up there:
A group of haredi women penned a letter to Western Wall Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz imploring him to put an end to the "humiliating" body searches they were forced to undergo earlier this month by security guards who mistakenly thought that they were attempting to smuggle in Torah scrolls for the 'Women of the Wall' organization.

The women are being represented by 'Women for the Wall', a haredi organization which works to counter the Women of the Wall group. The left-wing Women of the Wall group holds non-traditional prayer services each month at the main Western Wall Plaza, in defiance of local custom. While a separate prayer space is available at the south end of the Wall, activists have insisted on praying in the main plaza, despite the objections of other worshipers.

In the letter to the Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, the women asked that the body searches be nixed, and decried the "needless" searches they had been put through.

"The security guards harassed women and girls who wanted to attend Rosh Chodesh prayers," read the missive. "They underwent humiliating physical examinations and were detained for a prolonged delay that effectively prevented them from praying."
Tell ya what, ladies. If you really, truly object to such an atrocious step, maybe it'd be best you admit the same when it comes to the Reform. After all, it may not be great if they sing, but if they're not robbing banks and committing physical murders, then that's far from the worst thing they could do, so don't flatter yourselves thinking you're literally better than the Reform are.

And is bringing a Torah scroll that could be their very own property to the Western Wall the most colossal crime possible? The simple answer is "no". If the supreme court says WOTW is permitted, you'd be best advised not to oppose it. For all we know, this could be God's punishment to Haredis for making themselves no better than the Reform they were capable of ignoring millions of years ago, and not giving worldwide attention to.

Also, let's consider: what if the family of Shira Banki, who was violently murdered by a Haredi crackpot who apparently wanted to end his life in prison, were members of the Reform movement and wanted to pray according to Reform customs at the Western Wall? Do the Women FOR the Wall realize how bad it would look if they exhibited even remote hostility to a family who went through such a terrible experience? One of the current heads of this Haredi WFTW movement is Leah Aharoni, and let's just say she too would be advised to ponder that food for thought seriously, if she truly sees Reform as human beings before her, along with Christians who might want to conduct prayer services they find alien at the Western Wall.

On top of all that, I can't say I ever noticed these Haredi Women for the Wall members ever speaking out against the embarrassingly bad education curriculum in the Haredi world, let alone the socialism they went by for many years, or calling for it to be abandoned, and agreeing that ultra-Orthodox cannot be exempt from army service.

This is not meant to be an endorsement of Reform Judaism, and I am fully aware that some of their leaders are the biggest anti-Israelists around, with the irony being there's quite a few ultra-Orthodox clans who have the same views. But that's why I also believe it's ill-advised to give the Reform ammunition to use against Israel, and if the Haredis truly have such a problem with Reform Judaists, that's why they would've turned their backs and shut their ears to the noise long ago, and acted like adults, not violent children.

The WFTW might also want to offer aid to lady journalists who were insulted by Rabinovitch's conduct at the Mike Pence press conference too, while we're on the subject. Failure to do so will only confirm where they really stand.

As we've seen from this article, the undemocratic steps led by the Haredi rabbis in charge of the Western Wall came back and bit the Haredi women in the ass. Now, they reaped what they'd sown, and the bizarre thing is, they might just as easily want to help the Reform smuggle Torahs into the site parameter, despite supposedly not wanting to.

Have you ever wondered why so many people
are trying to take Jerusalem away from Jews?

The answer is in the Bible:

The Biblical Book of Jeremiah,
end of chapter 17, teaches:

If the Jewish people observe Shabbat
[the Jewish Sabbath] then Jerusalem will be
ruled by Jews forever (verses 24 to 25).

But if Jews DO NOT observe Shabbat,
then the Land of Israel [literally, Jerusalem]
will burn with fire (verse 27, last verse of chapter).

How Shabbat-desecration harms
Jewish sovereignty over Jerusalem:

The answer is in the Bible:

In the Biblical Book of Joshua, chapter 23,
verses 12 to 13, G_d reveals that:

If Jews intermarry with non-Jews, then
He will NOT help the Jews conquer
the Land of Israel. And even worse, the
sin of intermarriage will cause the Jews
to be driven out from the Land of Israel.
