The positives of Italy's Matteo Salvini
As part of a new self-defence reform, Italy’s populist interior minister Matteo Salvini has promised that people who confront home invaders will have their legal bills paid for by the Italian state. Now that's good for a start. But he'll also have to make sure libels laws are modified, if they haven't been yet, so that burdens of proof depend upon the plaintiff and not the defendant, as was the case when the aforementioned Charles Enderlin sued Phillippe Karsenty to silence all criticism and shoot messengers. That's one more way to ensure Islamofascists and Islamophiles don't stifle criticism and efforts to expose a wrong.
The new self-defence bill is set to enter parliamentary debate on the 23rd of October, with Mr Salvini pushing for more liberalisation on the rights of Italians to defend themselves from home invasions, Il Giornale reports.
Writing on social media, Salvini stated: “A thief comes into your house, company or store, and you defend yourself? It will be your right to do so, and the thug (and his relatives) will not be able to ask for a euro of compensation.”
“Besides, you won’t end up on trial for years and you won’t pay your own pocket: the state will cover any legal expenses of those who defended themselves,” he added.
And if Germany and the EU try to transport illegal Muslim immigrants there, Salvini will be shutting airports to prevent it:
Italy’s interior minister has vowed to close the country’s airports if Germany follows through with reported plans to send dozens of asylum-seekers back to Italy. He also stopped a deal that could've done what Germany wanted. And, he's even said the awful George Soros is behind some of their problems:
Matteo Salvini tweeted Sunday: “We’ll close our airports like we closed the [sea]ports.” Since Salvini became interior minister in June, the Italian government has blocked migrant ‘rescue’ ships operated by NGOs from docking in Italian ports.
Italian populist Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has claimed that “speculators like Soros” are behind a 300-plus point bond spread, and they are aiming for Italy to fail.Oh, it's worse than that. The pushing of illegal immigration by Muslims into Europe at the expense of safety and societal cohesion is the main reason why Soros is such a bad lot, and even Hungary's Viktor Orban is against his influence. So kudos to Salvini so far, but he'll have to work very hard beginning now and withstand any pressure from evil sources in order to prove he can ensure Italy's own safety for starters, and that of the rest of Europe as a whole.
The leader of the League party made the comments after noting the widening gap between Italy’s benchmark on 10-year bonds and the German equivalent at a joint press conference with Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s National Rally (formerly the Front National) in Rome on Monday, reports the Financial Times.
“If I wanted to think badly I would say that behind the [bond] spread of recent days is a move by speculators like [George] Soros who are aiming for the failure of a country, to buy its remaining healthy businesses at a bargain price,” he said.
