Tel-Chai Nation: Illinois Democrat wished death upon Republican's family, and is now facing condemnation

It's gotten to the point where we have liberals wishing the worst of ills upon conservatives, and one Democrat in Illinois has just served as an example of one crossing a red line:

An Illinois state Democratic lawmaker is facing increasing pressure to resign after she called for the deaths of a Republican lawmaker's family during a floor speech this week.

Democrat Rep. Stephanie Kifowit said she wanted to pump a "broth of Legionella" into Republican Rep. Peter Breen's water system so wife and children would "be infected" and "ultimately die."

"I would like to make him a broth of Legionella and pump it into the water system of his loved ones so that they can be infected, they can be mistreated, they can sit and suffer by getting aspirin instead of being properly treated and ultimately die," Kifowit said in a fit of rage. [...]

The Washington Post reports that Kifowit is facing calls to resign after wishing for the death of her Republican colleague, who has two adopted sons, ages 2 years and 2 months.

"She launched her attack against me and my family, and really, it was shock," Breen said. "It was out of left field. Had Rep. Kisowit made those statements in the parking lot, or left a message on an answering machine in my office, she would be in custody."

Kifowit's statement was so shocking that the "House voted 110-0 Wednesday to expunge Kifowit's statement from the record," the Daily Herald reported.

Can that be done in actuality? As of now, it's basically history news-wise, and will be exceedingly difficult to wipe away or for Kifowit to redeem herself for. And will this convince the Democrats to start seriously mending their conduct? Unfortunately, if recent history says anything, the chances are slim, and we could be hearing more of these horrors soon enough. How do we convince anybody not to vote for these insane characters anymore?
